Potranco Library

Need way better chairs then what u all have on there/ needs more privacy sectors/ tables r very small like for small children!! & Need newer tables & chairs comfortable ones! I sat on one of them & my back was really hurting! Need bigger sitting 4 bigger customers!! Very disappointing! & The restrooms in there need a very bad remodeling!!

Love the gym library combo- genius. It’s a very nice faculty and the staff is kind and attentive. I marked down a star because it’s quite small if I’m looking for something I reserve it online before going so it can come from another library but the biggest issue for me is whatever they use for an air freshener. It’s very strong and it gives me a headache. I previously hoped it was just a patrons cologne but it’s there every time.

Mr. Pat give me one of the best customer service I could ever ask for as a librarian! He showed me how to what are some movies on the website since I had no idea what to do and he was very patient with me. Amazing customer service for sure. Thank you Pat.

Don’t plan on coming to story time with your kids. They often cancel the morning of or after you have arrived and see the sign at their door!! lack of consideration. It’s been canceled randomly so many times I am going to start going to maverick library instead.

The library is inside the YMCA. From what I could see, there's not a separate entrance for the library. The staff here were very appropriate, friendly

Took my wife to get some audio books, but the library was so small they didn't have any audio books. So if you have any blind family members skip this place.

Decent selection of books for varying ages. Clean and mostly quiet. Speedy check-in and check out

Even this is a smaller branch it is very nice. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My sons were very excited to see computers setup for kids.They hopped on right way and begin playing games .

It was amazing as always not to packed. Enjoy spending my quiet time there. I'm there nearly two to three days out of the week.

I am very happy to have a library so close to my home. I think the facility is well maintained and very agreeable to quite reading and reflection!
