Professional, friendly, and great customer service by the librarian who assisted with obtaining my library card. The library was very clean and well organized. This branch location has plenty of parking spaces and accommodates the accessibility for the handicapped. The best thing is that its located inside the grounds of San Pedro Park with walking trails and it is across from San Antonio College.
It's a nice branch, reallly small, don't have a great availability of books, but it's clean, tables and places to sit for reading or studying, has a section for kids. Has a great and friendly people at customer service.
This branch library is so calm, and quiet. Regular function. No disturbances. Good for the kids and dedicated readers. Computers for three hours. Nice cold water. Other than this. It's a "grand" library. For the public.
Great customer service. Library staff are always welcoming and helpful. I was excited to see their book drop off box was back after being removed from the parking lot a few months for renovations. Unfortunately, when I tried depositing my items the box was locked so I had to walk into the library and return them by hand to staff.
The library is comfortable and cozy. There is Computer access and the staff isvery helping and knowledgable.
Beautiful architecture, The lady that helped me get my acct in order after not being there since 2020 was amazing. Well spoken, kind and very helpful. She greeted and acknowledged all customers entering and waiting for help. The bldg is very clean. The only unfortunate part is these amazing workers have to deal with ALOT of homeless coming thru. They need more security on hand or checks by sapd coming through.
Horrible customer service from a lady employeespecifically, she came at me like she was mad at the world giving me attitude and looking at me up and down and said " I don't have to give you my name" after I kindly asked for it. This definitely looks bad on managementnot sure how she's still employed I will never come back here ever and no one should either. The two front desk ladies very nice and respectful.
A quaint little library with outstanding staff & excellent selection of books, videos, & music.
So small yet it has all that the other libraries have. Very cute. Friendly staff.
Haven't been at this library in several years but it's peaceful and pretty cool quiet. It's small but other than that I like it everyone stay away
