Mission Library is located on the South- East side of town and part of S.A. History and Missions. This was my first time visiting this location since it was built. This location is VERY clean and crisp and convenient. It's not over crowded and they have many amenities like the Main Branch just closer and easier to get to oppose to going downtown. The Staff is EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. I didn't get Attitude from any of the staff and they took their time to explain the process. Everything is available to you and FREE to use. There is a lot of open space and stations to work at. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a library that isn't has busy as the main library.
Visit was delightful. Staff is wonderful. I am planning to return and fill the seed exchange. I challenge you to help support the seed exchange also. Let's make the seed exchange a gem in San Antonio.
My favorite library!!! It's always nice and quiet. Every time I go I can get what I need done. There is so many books, it's a really big library. I always feel so relaxed when go!!! Today we took my 3 month old nephew and he was going crazy!!! He loves the baby section and we got a lot of books to read to him!!!
Nice library. Very accessible, good parking. Alway have events or programs for kids and adults.
All staff members are so knowledgeable and very kind, patient. Great head librarian too.
Incredible place to study,so quiet and all the employees always help you to find the information you are looking for
This is a great place to be. The library is beautiful, clean, well kept. It has a lot of resources for children and community members. The library also provides space for community organizations to conduct their events and meetings.
I love coming to this library not only for their books but always a quite and relaxing visit. There are always activities for adults and kids to do and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I also enjoy the community involvement that happens here with mission marquee nights, the YMCA center and community garden.
Cute little library. Nice and clean and perfect for me a quick look around. Has a lot of info of free events coming soon and just info of things you didn't know was happening around San Antonio. Everyone is every friendly and willing to help out.
The library is fairly small, very limited with its selection. I wanted to host an event there but there charging me $60.00 in an hour to host an event. A tax paying citizen should have been donation based.
