Pottery Barn Kids Grove At Farmers Market

So to be honest, I like the selection of stuff they sell here but I think customer service definitely could use some improvements. I'm here spending my hard earned money I feel like you should at least pretend to be happy that I'm here making sure your retail job continues to exist because I'm not shopping online this time.

The reason for my 2 star is because my teenage daughter and I went in there and an employee lady was following us around and wouldn’t stop staring at us she thought we were going to steal I don’t know why she thought that we used to shop all the time in there when my daughter was a toddler the employee was very rude I told my daughter to ignore her I took lots of pictures I should of took a picture of her following me around like a weirdo Ime and my daughter were going to buy some stuff for my grandkids but with her acting rude I chose not to she even followed us by the door way as we were leaving very rude lady not even at expensive luxury stores in rodeo do they act this rude following you around like your going to steal

Micah is the nursery whisperer! He gave me so many great tips and really made crib/nursery shopping a treat! Even gave me great advice on car seats and strollers! I was debating heavily on getting a crib from Pottery Barn or Buy Buy Baby, and am sooo glad we met Micah!

This place is a great addition to grant ave. Nice selection of baby items and they have mommy-baby gatherings/classes. I'm not a parent but the classes seem cool. Worth stopping by, if you're in the market for some baby gifts and/or want to get together with other moms with young babies.

Beautifully set up store with easy, self explanatory items. The employees were helping other customers for a long time, but it was fine because we were just browsing.

Excellent custumer service. Vick was very helpful in providing me with the best prices and speed delivery for my Pottery Barn Kids. Highly recommend this place.

Wow sooooo dissapointed in Pottery Barn customer service . Ok so my initial experience at the store was AMAZING- My salesperson was lovely and I picked out two beds for my twins for their upcoming birthday -I purchased two beds- two mattresses-2 duvets- 2 sets of sheets, 2-comforters, 2 pillows pillows the whole deal including white glove delivery- Well, the bedding, sheets, pillows all come... but no beds or mattresses- I waited and waited and finally after 6 weeks I emailed and called- Then someone called me a week later to arrange my delivery date informing me all my items were ready- I chose the date, chose the time- Then no one ever called to follow up- I called them on the delivery day and was told that they changed the delivery time without informing me from 9-2 to 2-5 then after waiting home all day 30 minutes before the scheduled time of delivery at 5, they call and tell me that my order actually is not complete - they only have 1/2 of it?? the delivery guy said he informed pottery barn at 9am that day that there was an issue and someone should have called me- No call. So I then have to cancel because I cant have one bed come without the other and ask to have a supervisor call me the following day- No call- finally I call them back speak to a lovely woman named Arlene who transfers me to a supervisor named Jessie- Jessie never apologizes, sounded like he was reading a script which was down right insulting, and then proceeds to tell me that it may take another 3 weeks and that my order now starts from scratch- He was absolutely no help at all- and I have no clue why they would have this person represent them on a supervisory level- so my kids birthday is next week and after two months - still no beds- My Pottery Barn experience went from a 5 star experience to a Zero in my book.... such a bummer...

I like how they freshen up their store the price is too high for me however there are some pretty interesting unique learning books and games there

I walked in there about 30 min ago to rerun two items I purchased . As soon as I walked in I went straight to the sell section as I start looking I see someone behind me watching me . It was very clear she was checking up on me as if I was going to steal not even a hello . Once I went to the her to return she tells me these items are not returnable I explain that I was told there were not final items . It was very clear she didn’t care and isn’t there to help customers . When I asked For a manager she grind and said I am the manager . I will be going to Pasadena

A perfect store! Really pretty things, a little bit more expensive but their products are really special and beautiful. They have an online store too, orders Halloween customs for them
