PFT Hybrid Training - PFT Hybrid Training was developed by John Chambliss, owner, and his elite coaching staff. The program was developed through many years of experience in various forms of exercise programs from Athletic Sports, General Boot Camps, Crossfit, MMA & Bodybuilding. By incorporating each of these aspects into a unique High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program in a Group Fitness setting, Power Fitness has successfully improved individual's athletic performances, weight loss, physique, health, motivation and self confidence.

John competed in the 2011 NPC Texas State Bodybuilding. A program will be tailored specifically to your goals and will consist of weightlifting, nutrition, & Meal Plans. PFT will keep you motivated and excited to keep you on the winning edge throughout your program.
