My Benji had gotten into an accident, causing the decision to be put to sleep. I had called Prairie Lake in the biggest panic I’d ever been in. Sam answered the phone and said we will get everything ready for you and be ready once you get here. I was very appreciative of how receptive she was. I got there and was in a room asap with my Benji. The other tech was very thorough and helpful, I didn’t get her name at the time. Our vet was phenomenal as well, very professional and told me the truth when I asked for it. Sam made my experience a lot more tolerable. She was there to help me not cry as much and we talked about how Benji loved to play ball. She is excellent at her job as far as I’m concerned, and I’m so grateful for her having been there with me. I may have lost a very, dear and precious best friend, but I do believe Sam and I have created a new friendships over a very sad tragedy. Thank you Prairie Lake, the two techs Sam included and our vet. We are so grateful we chose you at the of Benji’s life.
They always take great care of my animals. They take time to listen and explain. One of my dogs was attacked by strays. The vet reassured me and helped set up a plan of care. I absolutely adore them. She shaved my boy down and irrigated his wounds.
The entire staff was great. The vet gave us an idea as to the breed of our pups and the age. The visit was also quick. We didn't last more than 15 minutes. The price is also very affordable.
The WORST veterinary clinic we’ve ever been to. we’ve moved around a lot the past few years and have been to many, but these people don’t care about your pets at all. They only care about the money, beyond ridiculous and sad. If I could give 0 stars I would. Go somewhere else if you care for your babies.
This Place is the best, I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else. Very Clean Place and The Staff is Very Nice. Thank You Prairie Lake For Taking Care Of My Fur Babies
Great with my pets. Make you feel comfortable and don't treat you like you don't know what you're doing even if maybe you don't. Quick care with fast answers. Was able to get me in quick luckily.
They are wonderful. My fur baby went peacefully and I was right by her side as she went over the Rainbow bridge. Thank you for making easy.
We have had to make the toughest decision ever because we look at our pets as part of our family. Praire Lake has made this as bearable as this can be. I would love to say thank you all for taking care of my Angle in her passing. God sends warriors in different ways.

Best Vet I've ever taken my dog to! My dog is very anxious and scared in a vet's office and the Dr. took the first 15 minutes of the appointment simply trying to make her feel comfortable via treats and loves. She listened to everything I said, explain things in very simple terms, and was so kind! Their prices are very reasonable and I was in and out in a timely fashion. I will definitely continue to go here!
