We worked with salesman JD who was knowledgeable and able to discuss the various treadmill models, comparing one to another. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us choose the perfect model. The delivery team was professional and efficient, getting my treadmill up into our house just a few days after purchase.
Great customer service. William McClinton went above and beyond to help me, and even drove some of the things I forgot at the store to my home on a Sunday. Highly recommend this store and the team working there!
They truly want to help you find the equipment that best suits your needs. I went there a couple different times to try the equipment and every time I went everyone was super nice, super knowledgeable, and best of all they don't try to push the sale.

William at Precor in Bellevue helped my wife and me choose and order our home gym equipment. William was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we discussed and made decisions. He gave us advice based on his first hand experience using the equipment and seemed genuine in wanting us to have the right set up for our needs. He even gave us a good discount because we were ordering a large set of equipment! We came away very happy with the experience and are looking forward to our equipment being delivered. Thank you!
Top Fitness has provided us with excellent products and service over the years. They are knowledgeable, honest, courteous and always have our best interests in mind. It is easy to judge a company when everything goes smoothly but you can really tell a company's philosophy when things don't go as planned. Through no fault of their own, we had a few issues that took some time to resolve and Precor, Will, who is the manager, JT, Harvey and the rest of the staff stepped up to the plate , gave timely follow ups and made sure everything was finally resolved. I highly recommend Top Fitness . I would give them a 10 star review if I could.
If you need any advice on how to best put together a home gym that best fits your needs, there's no better place. Amazing selection of equipment and super knowledgeable, helpful staff. Highly recommend!
2014 I got a treadmill here, still works in 2023. I wanted upgraded treadmill version same Precor of course just newer upgrade. Also got new Precor AMT for some variety in my cardio, some weights and couple other things. William helped make a grand bargain to get me everything I wanted. You only get one body in life don’t ruin it sitting around eating fast food, get some equipment and make sure you break a sweat everyday it’s good for you.
Fitness is not a major priority for me everyday. Parking, however, is. This business will not share their parking spot, even momentarily for a dignitary nor delivery driver. I don't think they are very nice. The employees here have more body fat than necessary and are more strict about their parking than necessary. Five starts for each dumbbell I saw.
