Prevea Chippewa Falls Health Center

Don't trust the appointment system here. Just because the Prevea website says you have an appointment and your smart phone shows eight texts over two days confirming that you have that appointment, doesn't mean that they won't turn you away at the door.

Was really sick so went to Prevea. The PA that saw me diagnosed what I had as a viral infection and told me to take Tylenol until it went away. Dismissed a tick infection. No other tests were ordered. Two days later I ended up at the ER. The Dr immediately thought it might be a tick infection and ordered urine and blood work. Was diagnosed with Anaplasma, a tick infection. Disappointed that the PA at Prevea wasn’t more through and I ended up sick for a number of days that I could have been on an antibiotic and getting better! Would not recommend

I saw Dr. Kamien in Ortho. He was very kind and positive. Explained my X-rays in detail and gave me my treatment options. He is down to earth and all the other employees seemed to love him. I would definitely recommend him!

I was seen by Doctor Tomcik. He is very thorough and explain things really good and in simplistic way. He is one of the best doctors there is.

Dr. Ulgen was amazing. He really cares about his patients and is a good listener. For once it was a pleasure to go to the doctor. Highly recommend!

Lauren in Physical Therapy was very personable and took great care of coming up with a treatment plan for me. I felt very good when I left and excited to continue my visits to get me back to feeling good !!

Dr Cecchini is a great surgeon a very personable care provider. I was so thankful for the shoulder repair he did on my right shoulder and now he's helping me with my left one.

Front office staff was pleasant and so was the Forst nurse. But the Nurse practitioner was very unpleasant and rude.

I would recommend this Urgent Care facility. From my check in to the care received to my departure, I appreciated the kindness and attention of all the personnel! I was happy with the care I received.
