Prohealth Care Urgent Care

From the person who checked me in to the MA Maggie I think sorry for forgetting her name to the NP Nicole I felt in very capable hands. They were professional and understanding. You have a great group of staff in the urgent care.

It was great up until the point of waiting. A total of 7 people left, two of which were mothers with very young sick children because we had all waited 4+ hours, with no movement from urgent care. It was like the staff was just gone to lunch.

The RN, Maria was extremely kind and was fun to chat with. She made me feel at ease. The NP, Jonathan, was GREAT! He talked to me without talking down to me and made sure that he had answered all my questions. Excellent experience. Head and shoulders above Pro Health in Watertown!

I prefer ProHealth over Aurorawill never go there. However I stopped at the hospital first thought there was an urgent care there. Receptionist checked only 3 people and 2 doctors were at urgent. I hand sliced into my thumb with a box cutter and was not sure stitches needed bc it would not stop bleeding long enough to get a good bandage on it. It was over 2.5 hrs. The doctor was great, superglue the cut. But the usual see a nurse, it will be a few minutes, 20 mins later told again, soon....the wait was frustrating and I had a very good dog at home who had waited over 12 hrs to go out. I would have picked 3 stars but the doctor saved that fourth one.

Dr Allen was prompt knowledgeable personable and obviously had familiarized himself w my background before he saw me. Diagnosed me correctly and prescribed meds. I was pleased to be treated by Dr Allen!

Clean new facility, but not very well organized. Made an appointment for labwork requested by an outside party. Checked in, waited for 20 minutes past my appointment and was then notified they couldn't accommodate me without a hardcopy of the lab request. This wasn't identified as a requirement at the time of scheduling or check in. Not thrilled with wasting my morning.

I have visited this urgent care several times for myself and both of my children. Every time we’ve gone has been a wonderful experience. Timely care, thoughtful and patient providers. Clean facility and welcoming staff. Highly recommend.

Quick check in friendly staff. Nurse handling intake and vitals very professional, personable. PA was great, quickly identifying condition and treatment. Very empathetic and compassionate to the situation.

The kindness of our nurse is the only reason for the rating. When I checked in, I was told I was 3rd in line and would be seen quickly. However that is not what happened. After over an hour in the waiting area I had to wait over an additional hour in the room after vitals had been taken. Again the only reason for the 5 stars is the wonderful woman who got us taken care of within 15 min after I explained the situation.

Didn't wait more than 5 minutes for anything, to be taken to the exam room, to x-ray, or the lab. The Dr. came in right away and was very helpful and informative. Great experience.
