My husband’s RN Mary from day surgery was absolutely phenomenal!! She was very attentive & caring about him as a person. She was so funny and just made us feel completely comfortable!! Thank you & Kim for being so attentive and loving towards us!!
In the Emergency room for four and going on five hours without seeing a doctor not understanding why we are getting all those tests they are doing when we only came for a cough after a surgery two days ago . They isolate us in a room assuming it’s COVID .. All they cared about is test after test ..it’s about milking the health insurance and money . After objecting on how they are doing what they were doing !! They said they are checking for blood clots when we came for a cough and our surgeon recommended an X-ray .. when tried to understand they finally explained after two hours that the surgeon requested to check for blood clots .. Nurse and nurse practitioner were beyond rude & Disrespectful. Any question to them was an insult answered with a very under estimating to my knowledge or worry .when walked to the desk to ask for someone because we had all the results on our app chart showing ok .. the answer was we just had three ambulances they will get to you when they have time . FYI .. we are still in the emergency room as I am writing this review and our three kids are with a baby sitter . My daughter who did the surgery did not eat anything and it’s almost two o’clock in the afternoon . Go figure. Save your money and loved ones and look for a better place .ONE PERSON KNEW BEDSIDE MANNER AND WONDERFUL IS JACKIE . She made us calmer and hoping for more human to do this job . After 5 hours we got a Jim Dr. Standing by the door talking to my daughter. This place is a joke . And yes she had blood clots because she is out of a surgery.
Brought my wife to the ER after having complications after childbirth. The nurses and doctors were attentive, stabilized and admitted her quickly.
Excellent care for my recent stroke. Very convenient outpatient lab and imaging.
Brought my wife to the ER after having complications after childbirth. The nurses and doctors were attentive, stabilized and admitted her quickly. The OB nurses and doctors upstairs were all very kind and helpful.
Discrimination, malpractice, failure to provide medical care, kicking somebody while their down, enjoying someones pain. Milking the clock trying to get money all while Discriminating, gossiping, sitting on your foul behinds watching innocent people suffer.. 2 horrible expirence here.. never ever ever come here.. they put on a scripted show that involves fake cat scans & test that give them bonuses. While denying or provideding care or treatment Nurses Initial J. & Assistant nurse S. are racist, medical criminals who played God while malpracticing on a disabled woman who's pregnant and came in for a ultrasound. Jennifer asked her was this a planned pregnancy in a very disrespectful way. Stephanie demanded blood and test but Denied a ultrasound. My disabled friend only came in for a ultrasound
ICU nurses and drs are absolutely TERRIBLE. Treated my grandma like she wasn’t a person. I am beyond disgusted with the care she received there. Can’t even give them one star. I’m pregnant and due in July and after everything that has just happened with my grandma there I will be switching hospitals. I will never step foot in there again. Giving them one star is being generous.
As I count my blessings this Thanksgiving I just want to say I am grateful for the care I received In August when I had an unexpected emergency caused by gallstones. I was treated and diagnosed in ER and then admitted to the hospital for 2 nights and then 2 weeks later had surgery to remove the gallbladder. All the staff from ER personnel to my great surgeon to the wonderful nurses were professional and friendly, going the extra mile to accommodate my needs. Thank you and God bless you all!
My Mom spent a total 6 days there. The nursing staff was great. I couldn’t say enough good things about them. We had Kristi several nights, she was so kind and understanding. The first Doctor was Yousuf Ahmed was AWESOME! He sat down and talked me through what was happening to my Mom. The specialist he called in for consult and why. His concerns and we talked about my concerns! He listened to me. He said that changes a few things I want to run these tests and why. When he left my moms room I felt really good about her care. He did say that he was off starting Monday. I would give him 10 stars. The next Doctor ????? was probably the worst. He basically wanted my mom out of the hospital. My Mom had heart failure, a heart valve leak, potassium and sodium issues, a herniated bowel that was large enough to make her sometimes turn yellow. He legs were huge from swelling. She couldn’t walk. She was so weak she could barely stand. I can’t tell you who that Dr. was because in the 4 days in his care, I only saw him once. That time I felt that I had to argue with him to get the hospital to keep her. He did continue the course that Dr. Ahemed told me about, but we never knew test results. The head of surgery came in to tell us about my mom needed a Thorasic surgeon. He wasn’t sure he was in the correct room because I had no idea what he was talking about. We at this point hadn’t seen a dr in 3 days. The next day I wasn’t there and my sister was she had no understanding of moms condition he sent her home with a list of follow ups that involved cardiologist, heart failure clinic, Nephrologist, Neurologist, and a not current general practician, plus the place to have the Thorasic surgery. I wish he would have just been honest and told us that she was dying. That she wouldn’t survive surgery and that hospice should be contacted. Instead, she was shipped back to her nursing home. Imagine their surprise when someone on their death bed came back with their daughter, who thought her mom was on the way to recovery. My mom died July 25th.
I just had a month stay in the hospital. During that time, I met a lot of great people, and some that have no business working with sick patients. All in all, the hospital left a LOT to be desired, but they saved my life, so that's why I gave the 5 star rating
