Vet was out when medical results were available and office would not release to me until she returned. That is against the law, your pet's file is your property. Complaint has been filed with NC Vet Med Board. Please file any complaints you have to keep other animals safe.
How often does your pet actually ENJOY going to the vet?! Our 10-month old beagle LOVES the staff and doctors. They're caring, attentive, friendly, and they listen to and address your concerns.

They are great! My dog has been with them for a while and aside from preventative care had a few surgeries. They really care, always do a great job. The doctor answered all of my questions every single time and will tailor the care according to your pets needs. If they worked on people I would become a patient myself.
