We are from out of town, and when we called to make an appointment, we got in the next day. Dr. B was so nice and caring, even calling me after hours to talk about a test, then calling me early the next morning with the results. He took his time explaining everything and making sure I understood, and I never felt like I was being rushed, as is the case with some doctors. Unfortunately, a week later, we had to put my cat down, and Dr. B and his assistant were so kind, thoughtful, and caring not only with my cat but with us. I highly recommend Q Street Animal Hospital.
A compassionate animal hospital that cares about my pets. When they call to remind me that my dog needs an appointment they use his name and remember him when we come in. They are sweet to compliment us on positive changes and give good advice when we see problems. My dog is now healthier than ever after one of the Q st vets recognized that he needed leg surgery to walk properly. We are now running and playing like never before.
I have called multiple times and left messages. Even a week later no response. Doesn't provide care for sick or offer end of life service. Asked for referral and resources and I never received a call. But they are great for shots.
Q St. animal hospital is simply outstanding, they care for your pet as if he or she was one of their own best buddy's. I just took my dog Buddy Boy in for a quick nail trim and he loved It. Took about 5 minutes and at a super affordable rate. I can't thank them enough for taking such great care of my best friends
The Q Street staff were so supportive and understanding about my reactive dog, and so friendly, helpful, and professional! I want to recognize the tech, Amy, in particular for her competence, confidence, and upbeat attitude. It was altogether a very successful and rewarding experience at Q Street!

My 13 year old, intact, female chihuahua is a patient at Q street. We go in a couple times a year for recurrent UTI's, but this time it was different. Pyometria has always been on the radar, but I can't afford all those expensive imaging tests. Luckily the doctor has a great deal of common sense and diagnostic skill while going easy on the expensive testing. They explained they thought it was a uterine infection and why. They showed me where her uterus could be easily felt too. They performed emergency surgery the next day and pyometria was confirmed. My baby almost died, but Q Street went above and beyond for my little girl. They made me part of her care team since I know my dog better than they do and was her voice and the doctor's eyes and ears when I took her home each night. I am so grateful for the amazing people at Q Street!! They are honest, upfront, compassionate and not trying to gouge you for money when your fur-baby is ill like another "emergency hospital" we visited. All I can say is I love this veterinarian practice! Even if my dog had passed I'd still sing their praises because they worked so hard for us. We HIGHLY recommend!
I can't recommend Q Street Animal Hospital enough. They always take the best care of my animals. I have been taking my cats and dogs since 2018.
Excellent customer service and I'm beyond impressed with the veterinary care provided for my 2 dogs. I definitely recommend Q Street Animal hospital. They were so great with the dental extractions, shots, flea treatment.
Took our 3 fur babies in to be fixed and we loved the entire experience. Small business but excellent care and the staff were very personable and informative! Loved them and will continue to take our babies there for their care!
