First and foremost, we are a community of support. We are a military CrossFit affiliate offering FREE CrossFit to the Fort Lee community. Are you a DoD cardholder? Stop in and check us out or better yet, come do a WOD with us.

Always wanted to try CrossFit but didn't know where to start? We offer a non-threatening environment where we all work together to be the best athlete we can be. We meet you where you are...even if you've never worked out in your life, you're nursing an injury, or you're an experienced CrossFit athlete! The beauty of CrossFit is universal scalability --our workouts are designed to be modified to meet your current fitness level and help you improve. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us and we will be happy to help!
