I've stayed at this place many times in the past. When I checked in I noticed the place has been refaced. It was 1:30 in the morning so didn't pay it a lot of mind but it was a pleasant surprise. Got to my room and room has been remolded. This used to be my second or third place to stay when I come into town. Think I'll bump it up. Not because it's the prettiest but it's a good place to stay for the cost! Great job on revamping the place!
The towels were very stained and dingy and the air coming out of the AC unit smells like cigarette smoke. Things I would expect from an $80 hotel and not the $114 I paid--on a weeknight which ended up being $144 after the meaningless fees that all hotels charge. Other than that, the room was clean and the desk agent was friendly.Rooms: 3/5
Booked 3 nights and checked out a day early due to the non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray, I got told I was getting charged for the night i wasn't there because i didn't give a 24 hour notice. I was ok with a $200 deposit for my Service Dog but it seems kind of ridiculous. I let them know i'd be traveling back to the area for the next 4 months for work but i wouldn't be staying there. Only good thing about it was the Waffle House out front.
Worst experience ever. I stay at hotels 11 months out of the year. Booked a suite through the mobile app and even though I question the difference in price when arriving on Google nothing was done. Towels are filthy, bed sheets have stains, overall very old furniture. 4 pillows will not make up for 1. Not worth any more than $30/ night. Very dissatisfied
The name Quality inn is misleading. There was so many things wrong with our room. The electric Door lock had duct tape holding it together. Bulbs blown in lamps. Bed box spring was broken to the head of the bed tilted down at an angle. The shower curtain rod was missing screws so it tilted down and the curtain slips towards the center getting water on the floor. The towels are thin and worn out. I went to the office at about 7 pm and asked for another towel because my son would be staying with us and was told to come back in 30 minutes. I said I'd return in the morning. The next morning the same guy said "come back in 5 minutes, I'm busy" I said "look, hand me a towel, I'm busy too." He said " I'll bring you one in a few minutes." Unbelievable! But true. We were stunned how bad it was. The pool is disgusting. So much hair and bugs that it was clumping up and floating everywhere no we didn't get in only observed it. Everything is poorly painted brown. The walls in the room, the bathroom walls the pool deck. If it wasn't a holiday weekend and all the other better hotels were booked we would have left. The breakfast was old tasting and gross. The only positive things were, water very hot in shower, sheets were clean but had a burn while from a cigarette not freaking kidding, the AC was cold and no bugs were seen we looked closely. In a pinch with no other options it will get you through the night, but you won't like it. Personally we will never, not even if it was free, stay here again. One more positive thing, the waffle house in front of this below par, low quality inn is great. They will have an automatically generated reply to this review. To that reply we would like to respond " uh no thank you, management is terrible" Noteworthy details: Run
Room was so nasty! We didn't even stay! There was pet hair everywhere! Cobwebs, looked like the floor had not been swepted in weeks! Hair in the tub! There was no way we were sleepimg there! Then was told we could not be refunded! The guy was so rude! This place should be shut down! So gross! Pictures are VERY misleading!!! The dumpster would be a more accurate photo! I don't know how this became a Choice Property!
Great place to stay I thought. Gas station, restaurants, entertainment all right close together. People are very nice. I had the pool to myself the intire time. Smoking rooms very nice highly recommendRooms: 4/5
Brought my two grandchildren for a weekend getaway for swimming before school started back. What disappointment. The pool reeked of mildew. Their skin and bathing suits smelled like mildew. No pool towels and only 3 small towels in room. The tv was tiny! Breakfast is a joke, waffles, stale bread and bagels. No fruit and orange juice tasted like very old grapefruit juice. We had to go through cabinets to find napkins. Dead birds in the pool! It was awful. Hate I spent over 200.00 for two nights of misery. Never again. Noteworthy details: Not enough towels and room dusty. Dirty around bottom of tub.
