I know Quality of Life gets a lot of bad reviews I haven't had any problems. The staff is usually very friendly. I visited the Dental Clinic on this day. It was very clean and professional, as always. The staff was professional and friendly. There is always a huge wait to get an appointment for Dental, though. They have very few dentists available for a lot of patients who are trying to be seen.

Best medical team and set up! Every state should model after this place! Fast and completely affordable if no insurance! Thank goodness

Discriminates addicts. Avoid. Went from getting pain meds for a simple tooth infection to them learning I'm on methadone. Then they harshly cut out 4 of my teeth and didn't even give ANYTHING. Not even an antibiotic. Also had to force the dentist to stop multiple times because she didn't want to wait even a minute for the lidocaine to work... This treatment from doctors/ect is obsurd. I should not be treated like a sub human for an addiction I beat 8 years ago.

I use their pharmacy. I call ahead to request refills. Once I get there I walk in get my medication and walk out. I never have to sit or wait. If I get a new prescription the longest I have waited is 10 minutes. Quick, fast, and easy.

This is the most helpful medical clinic that I have experienced in the past six years. Almost every medical need you might have can be taken care of here.

I first want to say, I truly believe that "word of mouth" is the best advertisement. I was taught it is important in life whom you do business with. I now believe that my dad might be a genius...and Google reviews are today's word of mouth. Quality of Life Clinics, all 6 of them, should not be avoided at ALL costs! I made my husband an appt with nurse practioner Rogers for 4:30 to have a recurring shoulder issue seen about. He signed in at the kiosk, seen the lady to check in and pay co-pay, she sent him to waiting #2 where the receptionist informed he didn't have an appt but she thought he could be worked in as last appt of day. And an hour and a half later as the janitor was turning out the lights and locking doors asked him what he was doing there. Said waiting to see the doctor. The janitor informed that everyone had been gone for over an hour. I waited 2 days just to see if anyone would reach out and maybe apologize...something. Nothing. So I decided to complain. It took me 2 weeks and a very explicit vm to get a response out of Ms. Benson the "complaint dept". Then we tried to just ask for a referral on to an orthopedic Dr. Surley they couldn't screw that up? It was the only way we we going to get something for our co- pay. That was 3 weeks ago and the orthopedic office still has not ever heard of my husband. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE...DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE! I hope I have affected your business and your wallets.

This place will pull teeth but not prescribe anything for pain. The opiate problem apparently has caused this but what about the people who has never used we don't deserve this.

They all cover for each other and ignore requests, they hang up on you and say you had appointments that never happened. Terrible company. They should be shut down.

My grand son went their dentists..really bad teeth and abcesses..they kept changing his dental appointment but it seems they have time to treat a large number of other people..they help who they want

This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The staff are lazy. Waited almost an hour to be called back and then all the doctors and nurses are sitting on their butts laughing and chitchatting. They don’t know how to schedule correct times for appointments or how to schedule you for the right appointment. I was supposed to be seen for a referral to get sent to Birmingham then they scheduled me for a 15 minute time pool to go over my blood test results which I already went over last visit. They are very messy and all lazy. Not to mention the dr in peds DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB! It’s just ridiculous. Avoid this place!
