I like the flexibility of having a monthly membership, keeps costs lower than paying per wash. With a membership you can wash your car everyday if you want.  This particular location needs to do better with the suction power on their vacuums and level of quality for their wash. Car isn't dry enough when sign says go. Other locations don't have this issue.  Update on 07/09/2022 after six months still no better. I have the highest membership but the vacuums and dryer don't work well at this location  the workers are great here. Very welcoming and helpful. Daniel attended to my service.

Marcie was extremely helpful. & attentive. Not only did she help me with my vehicle, but also approach me politely in a friendly manner and asked how my day was going and showed a good concern on making sure I left with an impressive impressionable leave. Charlotte is by far the best customer service representative you have here at quick quack car wash in Desert Hot Springs. She is polite attentive extremely kind goes above and beyond and if it was up to me I would give her a raise or a promotion because she truly deserves it. Also we use the service anywhere from 1 to 3 times a day and I truly mean it when I say that Charlotte is by far your best customer service representative I just wanted to reiterate that because she really deserves at least a raise. Veronica and Daniel are always VERY HELPFUL, and always VERY attentive to not only my needs, but noticed other customers' needs as well. Very thoughtful and helpful. I am a member of the quickie car wash here in Desert Hot Springs. I come here very often and I love the staff year especially Charlotte. She has a beautiful smile. She’s always happy and her personality is really awesome and I wanna say enjoy I’m coming to this location. It is one of my favorite locations.

Charlotte of Desert Hot springs was helpful and informative courteous and attentive very good service very good work-related attitude I give quick question Hot springs five stars because of their employees not just because of their machinery

Went in through this wonderful establishment, and got to meet Charlotte. Her customer service was phenomenal, and her energy was great! Just because of her I got myself a membership. And the person guiding me in, Maximus was great as well, and made sure my wash was super great! 10/10 would recommend

I'm a I'm a member right quick and desert Hot Springs and this is my favorite car wash so she when I come in and see Charlotte's beautiful smile and gorgeous. She has the best customer service personality is great with people if I had my own company I would recruiter quack should give her a raise
