I love to shop at this store! They always greet me right away and ask what they can do for me. I rarely walk out of the store without the item I came in for. They help me replace batteries and they order them for me if they're not in the store. They go over product features with me, too. It's always a good shopping trip!
He store manager is a straight up dick. Always rude to me and when I wanted to return something he said "sorry for wasting your time". He was hen pestering me with questions on why I wanted to return a speaker that was unopened. Speaking to me like I was some idiot. Poor service, store manager = dick.
Terrible service and no return policy! Spoke with employee about returning $100+ of merchandise I purchased for my son's school project, project changed so I attempted to return the merchandise. Although the customer service person was polite he was laughing at me when I asked if I could return the stuff. I would suggest going else where!
