It was my pleasure to recently do business with John, the sales manager at Surround Sounds. He and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to spend time discussing the intricacies of my audio upgrade desires. I learned so much just from chatting with them. This place is awesome! The staff are amazing and super knowledgeable, they are patient and you do not feel pushed to buy anything. Ron's approach is simple and elegant. He plays you some tracks and tells you what to listen for and just like that you can tell the good stuff from the bad. The atmosphere is relaxed and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. This places sells the "Good Stuff" and the good stuff is not cheap. But I walked out very happy with the deal I got and I will be back for all my future purchases. Thank you Ron and your amazing staff for making this so easy!
Well I have been a customer for almost 10 years and they are the most knowledgeable people I have ever met in this industry. It’s starts with the owner Ron whom is so educated with electronics and his shinning personality is so customer driven. His staff whom I known for a long time take the up most care of you from start to end , following up to make sure you are happy and satisfied. If you want a system that meets your personality Surround Sounds is the place. Go no we’re else.
Having spent a couple of days on line reading reviews of Headphones I decided to avoid Best Buy and Amazon and go somewhere local where the people actually understand audio. I was more than delighted with both the amount of attention I received and the quality of the advice given. They introduced me to a Headphone maker which I hadn't heard of previously. If you are serious about audio or AV you really should visit Surround Sounds before making a purchase. I assure you will not be disappointed. When in the future I want new Hi-Fi system components I will buy them here.
Great people, great products, great service! I have recently purchased AV equipment for multiple rooms here. They worked hard to fit my sometimes very difficult needs and guide me along the way. I will be buying a lot more from Surround Sounds and would recommend them to anyone.
Very pleased with my service and my husband loves his new mancave with a huge 70in tv and surround sound that vibrates my whole new house.
I had a good discussion with John today about a problem I've been having when using a recently purchased from AMZN HDMI-splitter from a single FiOS HD STB source to both an old 1080p TV and a new 4K TV. Sound will intermittently drop out to the 1080p TV and isn't resolved until and unplug/plug various devices. Although they have no splitter solution, they've been researching this problem as well, and John carefully described alternatives. Based on this conversation, I'd like to do business with them in the near future.
