The most terrible hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life! 1. Remote Control was broken, we asked the staff to solve the problem, he said he will figure it out but he didn’t come until we checked out. 2. The bathroom was smelly. I couldn’t enjoy taking shower here any moment. 3. The fire alarm system was broken. It sounded 11 times and bothered us at 5-6 am. 4. We paid an accommodation fee for 3 people. The room only provided 2 water bottles. When i requested one more bottle from staff. He said 2 only… how come I paid for 3 people and just got 2 water bottles?

Stayed here the night before flying out and a night after. Used their park and fly option.  Rooms were satisfactory but not up to caliber expected of the Radisson name. Light fixtures falling down, slow draining showers and lumpy beds. Felt more like staying at a last second motel rather than a prestigious hotel.  Car was broken into during our 4 day stay. No damage to the car but missing items. Hotel has no cameras in the garage to monitor vehicles only the entrance of the garage. Has signs posted that they take no responsibility for lost or stolen items. The parking pass required to be placed on the dash has your return date on it allowing criminals to know exactly when you will be back.  Shuttle service is satisfactory. Running at the top of the hour. It was unclear how to schedule a return ride.  Only ice machine available is on the 3rd floor. The bar tender when asked about getting ice was indignant and annoyed at the question. When purchasing snacks at the front desk the attendant was also rude and bothered to do his job.  In the fitness center half of the equipment was out of order.  In the laundry area washers worked but the dryers are out of order.  Outdoor pool closed in July.  Surrounding area is industrial with some sleezy bars. But did not appear to have homeless encampments around.

good: Nice room with great air conditioning. The bad. $17 breakfast is not even close to being with that much and the location is nit what i would have chosen. The ugly: terrible customer service. The shuttle runs only every hour to and from the airport and can only take 8 at a time. They will not accommodate any greater need. The terrible: wifi was not working. I was told they knew but didn't have any plans to fix it and was told they deal with frustrated customers all the time....well, no kidding. Can you blame them?

I was booked there on a flight delay and I was scared of what I might find based on the reviews. However to my surprise it was totally different The rooms were cleaned the food was great and Shaqeesh at the front desk then working at the bar was a pleasure. The food was awesome with great portions and I met wonderful people and had an awesome stay! I'm really not sure where the reviews came from!  Rooms: The room was what you expect it was clean and had microwave and refrigerator can&#39;t complain  Food & drinks: The food was awesome large portions great value for the price

It’s a nice hotel, very comfortable queen beds in our double bedroom, coffee and tea, soap, shampoo and towels available, breakfast was not included but it was good, maybe a bit pricey. The rest of the hotel is nice, they have a pool and a little area to buy snacks and toothbrushes or other, the people working there are good and polite. They have a shuttle to and from the airport, also near the train station. Very convenient. I recommend this hotel

Stayed here over the weekend with my family. We had a reservation for a room dropped our things off went to our event and came back late. The bed super hard flooring had soft spots in the flooring. No booklet or anything of things to do in salt lake or any of the surrounding towns nearby only a sticker to code and it didn't give me any information. Was not an aware of some things until I started looking the room was super warm even though we adjusted the AC. Went to open a window and had a very large crack making it to where we couldn't crack the window open. I ended up going to take a bath and I found a mark on the door that I thought was kind of odd looking I took a wet cloth and it wiped off I figured the mark that I seen was bodily waste. I went to jump into the bathtub found something on the floor that I was going to throw away when I went to bend over and pick it up I found out that there was a broken toilet seat barely hanging on an old Band-Aid with blood on it behind the toilet and blood smear on the back wall behind the toilet. Broken tiles missing grout and an AC that didn't work and broken windows they couldn't open soft mushy floor I don't believe I will go back. At least not to this one we were asked how our stay was and we said okay he took the key from my husband's hands and threw it down on the counter poor customer service like that makes it to her I doubt we will ever go back pictures are very deceiving it is not anything like the pictures on their website.

It was really close to the airport, so getting to it was super convenient. However I don't think they clean the rooms daily if you're staying in it for multiple days. My card also had a weird glitch and stopped working partway through my stay. They were pretty prompt to fix it though. The elevator is sketchy as well, the door has this weird thing it does where it looks like it gets stuck and stops working halfway through its opening and closing.

This hotel is disgusting. The carpets were stained in the hallways and in the room. We were afraid to take off our socks in the room. The sheets had multiple blood stains. The bathroom was filled with rust and the door was warped from an obvious flood. The room smelled like curry. The in room coffee was super generic and terrible quality it also looked old.  At check out the front desk staff was on his phone and did not bother to hang up the call while helping us.
