First CrossFit Competition to come to the Acadiana Area back in 2011. This year the 7th annual Ragin Games will be held on September 9th, 2017.
Ragin’ CrossFit is proud to announce that the 7th Annual Ragin’ Games are right around the corner. The Ragin’ Games is a single day, multi- event CrossFit competition. Athletes are to complete various, unknown, unexpected workouts.

If you are not able to register due to your division being full, you can email [email protected] to be put on a waiting list. Waiting list will be first come first serve.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you register and you are not able to compete, you will NOT be allowed to have someone take your spot. You will forfeit your registration fee and your spot. The next person on the waiting list will fill your spot. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
-Rx’d Athletes:
Can Rx’d 95% of CrossFit HQ WODS.
-Scaled Athletes:
Can not perform most CFHQ workouts as RX’d (mainly due to heavier loads or advanced movements such as the Handstand Pushup, double under, Pistol, etc…..) The athlete can execute Olympic lifts with proper form, but at a decreased load than the majority of Rx’d CFHQ WODS.
-Masters:
Individuals whom are 40 y.o. + and can not perform most CFHQ workouts as RX’d (mainly due to heavier loads) but will still be expected to complete movements such as Double Under, Pullups, Pistols, etc…. The athlete can execute Olympic lifts with proper form, but at a decreased load than the majority of Rx’d CFHQ WODS. If you are 40+ and do not think you can perform these movements you may do the scaled division!!!
