If you're looking for a place to retire or just a place to go in the winter and escape the cold, this is your place. The cleanest park in the valley. Nice huge streets instead of those little narrow alleyways and most retirement communities. Nice pool, anything and everything that you would want to get involved in they have in this park. Great people.
Update - been here a year, the residents are wonderful, park is kept beautiful and clean, the office staff is great, however, the giant rent increase surprise is a lot to handle on a retirement budget, yes, we have lots of amenities and free wifi, but wow! the increase killed me and several other single people living here. Additionally, manager wasn't the nicest person in the world after a contractor that he hired did major damage to my carport. To avoid the demeaning treatment I had received, I just had my insurance cover it I paid the deductible and had the carport fixed by a licensed roofer. All that being said, it's still a very nice park away from highway noise. I just moved here and I love it! Prettiest and cleanest park I've seen. People are so nice and there's tons of activities!
We moved here 3 months ago and absolutely love it here!! So many nice people and things to do. Highly recommend!!!

Great people I've Susan and her husband , besides her line dance ladies. They made us so welcome for the New Years Eve dance and fed us great biscuits and gravy. Beautifully kept park. Looking forward to going there next year.
This community is pretty Big in size ..awesome people
We stayed in the rv park part. It was a very well kept, and clean facility. Great rates. We have friends that own a place in the mobile home part.

Nice looking park however RVs are segregated from the park models.
The kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Entire park is so welcoming, clean and helpful so excited to call it home.
