Monday afternoon happy hour with Diego and Edith 3:00 to 4:30. Awesome
We have stayed here before and it seemed much better in past. It was clean but things needed some upkeep and fixing. Communication with the office staff needs improvement. We were in a big 5th and parked and a.worker in a golf cart came next to us as we parked,he didn't say a word, then 2 days later.the office told us we.parked wrong!. I understand they have management issues. But the residents there were very nice and informative

I have lived here 14 years. This use to be one of the best parks in the valley. That has changed in the past year when we acquired a new manager. There is no communication at all. Never see her. One of our residents picks up any debris every morning.Otherwise it would never be picked up. Our pool is not safe to swim in. Has algae growing in it. The new cleaning person doesn’t seem to put chemicals in it. Apparently the manager does not inspect it. It use to be very clean when the previous person was cleaning it. Would no longer recommend this park.
Fourth winter down here. Two years in our 5th wheel toyhauler. Now we own a park model really enjoy living here!! The people are friendly. I love the pool. We have water exercise and regular exercise in winter. We have dances 4 times a week. Mon,Tues,Wed and Thurs. 3:00-4:30. Bring we're drinks and snack. Always fun visiting with people there even if you don't dance alot.
I wish I could give negative stars. First in fore most management is rude. It changed and the lady there is extremely rude, management has made it clear they are greedy and don’t want workers to help the residents. I wish that they interviewed every resident to ask what it is really like. My great grandparents were sad that they laughed and drove the only person who would go above and beyond for the rv park AND dedicated years of work to quit. A law suit or an investigation will serve the right. The workforce is not a joke and it takes people with good work ethic to care for the elderly such as my great grand parents. Don’t understand how they have 4.1 stars. I will continue to post until something is done.
Very nice RV park. Reasonable rates. In great shape. Been here for 3 years now. Friendly staff and residents. Lots of activities. Great clubhouse, nice pool and hot tub. Recognized Birding Center.
This place needs a new manager!!!! Have called the office as many as 7 times only to get recording , no events although , some other parks in the area are having jams and karaoke. Elaina seems to be the only one who works here and bears the brunt of the dis-satisfaction. The maintenance crew who seems to be on a never ending break. An elderly woman picks up the brush and palm trash!!!! Corporate needs to get down here and look around before more people move out!!!!
Great park for dances...upkeep on pool and hot tub sucks
