Pine to Palm Resort Park

Nice park but not friendly. I was visiting my friends and was rudely asked who I was and why I was there. Come to find out it was the front office person, left a sour taste, not sure I want to come back to visit.

Super clean and tidy 55 plus park. Residents are all shareholders, so pride of ownership shows. Great security and great amenities.

My grandma had a place here for over 30 years. Lots to do and lots of memories visiting as we grew up. Clean friendly.

You won't find a friendlier, cleaner RV park in the valley for the price. Too many things to do to get bored here. After checking out 30 different parks in the valley we bought a place here and look forward to many years of retirement.

Excellent place. Very clean and tidy. Very friendly people. Just loved it there.

We chose it because it's close to our favorite birding hotspot, Estero Llano Grande St. Park, affordable, and we had rented a unit there several times. It's owned by the residents collectively, and they're uniformly friendly.

I love this little community. The pool is beautiful and I have enjoyed my visits!

The best park we could find in the valley. Very well kept, reasonable rates and great residents! If you stay here you'll never stay anywhere else in the valley.
