Cool theatre. The staff there are very kind and polite. The blonde-haired white gentleman I forgot his name at the ticket booth was very kind, explaining all the movies to me, very patiently. The place was clean and the concession stand was well-stocked. My only micro-complaint would be this: Since there aren't any ushers in the hallways, people sneak into the different movies, like on my last visit. The woman had 4 kiddos that she had snuck into the "Nun II" movie. THEY TALKED AND CACKLED THE ENTIRE TIME!!!!! "The Nun II" is NOT AT ALL a kiddie movie; it is a demon movie and adults want to enjoy it without kids hollering and laughing and running in the theatre!! Please place some of your staff in front of the movie entrances, like you used to, that would be great

Quick and easy using the booth to get tickets. Went in a Thursday to see John Wick 4, it was calm, not crowded, and spacious. Very chill vibe too.

The acts were good. The logistics were off. A lot. Program started about an hour and a half after schedule. Who knows why. Frankly, it just doesn’t matter.

Small but good theater. Good for families and plenty of parking space across from the building.

Awesome place!! Highly recommended if you wanna watch a movie or go shopping. Or window shopping too...

Overall folks are pretty nice but the facilities are in pretty bad shape compared to other Cinemarks I've been to. The popcorn is consistently worse than others as well. It tastes like they dont change the oil and remove old kernals. I cant eat popcorn kernals. Also they sell a large drink that doesnt fit the cupholders. Super sad.

I never had a bad experience in the past years I've visited; affordable pricing and friendly staff. It can sometimes use more attention to sanitation popcorn or food on the floor, messy countertops other than this great place to sit and enjoy the show.

We always come to tCinemark Baldwin Hills it is close to us, and the staff is very friendly, and the place is impeccably clean.

I enjoy the movie every time, nice to have a local theatre, yet not sure if going alone is frowned upon and/or stirs up the workers attention to investigate, but I don't care. Online purchasing of ticket is awesome whether u print them or go inside to kiosk. Love the pizza too.
