Description
Rotha has been in the fitness industry since 1983. She earned a Bachelor's of a Science in Health and Physical Education from VCU and went on to teach middle school health and P.E. for 8 years. She is now a firefighter and EMT for Chesterfield County.
She opened RC Health and Fitness in early 2014 to inspire and help others through their health and wellness journeys.
