Red Lobster

I'd not been to Red Lobster since before 2020 Covid Pandemic, so lunch there today was a special treat. Everything was served in a timely manner, the mixed drinks were delicious and the food was well-prepared. My only proviso was that the Lobster stuffed potato an upcharged side had hardly a teaspoon, if that much, of Lobster and looked nothing like heaping amount the picture advertised. That should have been checked before it left the kitchen... next time I will ask to return it. Our server Mari was very friendly, attentive and professional, she was excellent!

The food was delicious. I believe in going to restaurants early getting the servers while they're fresh the food while it's fresh, and the chef while they're fresh and in a good mood. This particular restaurant is as old as I can remember. It can definitely withstand a demolish and rebuild. Renovation will be an understatement. Dark and dimly lit. I prefer atmosphere where the lighting is sufficient enough to see my food and anything that may be potentially crawling up and or around it, you need a in the daytime in this restaurant, old wooden tables with nicks & scratches from 30 + plus years ago. When you walk in there's a slight smell that I assume is in the carpet. Demolish, rebuild and modernize please. Just a suggestion no carpet in a seafood restaurant. Kid-friendliness: Family atmosphere. Parking: Flat level parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Flatland wheelchair easily accessible.

First time having Cheddar Bay biscuits and they were soft and warm and they were good. I don't eat seafood but my girlfriend said she ordered a pound of crab legs but she said that wasn't a pound and they were bland. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sammich and it was pretty good. I though it was gonna be spicy but it wasn't. Waitress was nice.

Such a wonderful experience. The staff is incredible. If I could rate the service higher than 5 star I would. Food was on point and we had little to no wait time. I had a party of 8, and they got us seated and fed right away. We will definitely return. Thanks guys. "Also special thanks to or server Caleb B. Whoever cooked this day did their thing! Mom and daughter date. We where very happy. Dont order alcoholic drinks, they have too much ice and thats the only reason why I didnt give 5 stars.Recommended dishesGarlic Shrimp Scampi, Garden Salad, Half Dozen Cheddar Bay Biscuits

I haven’t been to a red lobster in 10+ years but we randomly decided to go last night and we were not disappointed. We were seated quickly. The food was hot, fresh and came out in a reasonable amount of time. The drinks were perfect. Our server Davanna took excellent care of us. We are big on customer service and her attentiveness professionalism and efficiency was top tier. We would come back just to sit in her section.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family and I waited for 30 minutes just to be seated and then when we were finally seated we waited another 30 minutes and no waitress even bothered to come and take our order or acknowledged that we were even there. Needless to say my family and I got up and left. We were not going to spend our money at this place and the service was lousy. As we were leaving I told the hostess that their service sucked and that we were taking our business elsewhere. It is safe to say that we will never be coming back ever again.

The most horrible experience my family and I have ever experienced. We were sat with a waitress who told the hostess unbeknownst to us that she did not want to serve us and was made to do so anyway. We waited for 35 mins before she even walked over to rudely and passive aggressively take our orders. I waited until she was done and asked my husband and children if they felt comfortable sitting there and we all agreed we should move to another table. I spoke to the manager who loved us to the other side of the restaurant and placed us with another waitress who didn’t want to serve us either and completely ignored us for the rest of the night. At some point I tried to get her attention and she blatantly ignored me before looking over and saying “yeah, what you need”. She then proceeded to take our order from across the room. At that point we were done. And just really weren’t interested in continuing to sit there. We are a young family with school aged children who value our family time and take it seriously. To be treated so rudely and be disrespected the way that we were disrespected and disregarded today is such a disgrace. We will never return. And if you value your time and money, you shouldn’t either.

The chef and waitress showed us some love today. They food was well prepared and the waitress Jocilyn was very knowledgeable and courteous towards us.

Red knows how to do Lobster and more. Those biscuits...heaven. I know you can make them at home but those things come in a never ending basket straight from the heavens. I ordered the Langostini Lobster, Artichoke and Seafood dip as a starter. First time having it. I probably wouldn’t get it again, but it was good. For my main course I had the Seaside Trio with a baked potato and wait for it...crispy Brussels sprouts. Now Brussels sprouts became one of my favorite vegetables after having them for the first time maybe two years ago. Red, you did a good job...I’ll be back.
