Good Red Robin location. Service was great. Food came out fast and our server checked on us often. My guac bacon burger tasted great. Side salad was very good too. Love their in-house ranch dressing that they make. Good everytime I come by. Fish and fries were good too. Great location, in the middle of everything in Center Valley.
A little on the dirty side. Sat our table for a good 5-10 mins. Before our server greeted us. Food was good.
Ajai was my server ! She was amazing ! She didn’t even write down our order and everything came out perfect! I liked my salad so much I ordered a southwest salad to go !
The food was great, but the burgers and portions seemed smaller than I remembered. Our waitress was very nice. We asked for a refill on a drink. It took almost ten minutes to get a refill. After that we hadn't seen her in a while so we turned on the service light. We needed more fries and had been promised bottomless fries. We she finally stopped by the table, she saw our empty plates and ask us what she could get for us. That part was a bit disappointing.
Very disappointed. Our group ordered hamburgers with endless fries. For our whole group of 5, we were served a tiny portion of fries that was literally about 12 potato slices. We asked our waitress to please bring our group more of the "endless" fries, napkins & a refill of drinks. She was so busy that she did not get back to us for 30 minutes. Then she gives us the excuse that the restaurant is so busy that waiters/waitresses are still waiting on orders from the kitchen. Although our burgers were decent, I gave this Red Robin the worst of customer ratings, because the service was just awful. We were there for over an hour and never got our complete order. We called the manager over, but he/she never showed up. Perhaps the manager was handling too many complaints! It'll be a long time if ever that we return to this Red Robin. Terrible management.
The food was as good as at all the other Red Robins I have been to and the service was faster. The only negative was when I asked for butter for my broccoli as I have at many other Red Robins and the waitress told me they don't have butter. Don't have butter? What restaurant doesn't have butter?
Great service, we went on a busy Friday and were still very well attended. The reason the food star was 3 was because the side of broccoli was full of dark discoloration that were very obvious, also it was terrible tasting I ate it anyway, and the lettuce wrap burger needed more whole leafs of lettuce to contain the burger rather than the fragments I was given. Atmosphere was great and the service was friendly and attentive.
The hostess greeted with a smile walking up to the stand, she was friendly and warm. The waitress was completely fine and took the order promptly. The side Ceasar salad was tasty and fresh. The blu burger medium was cooked as ordered. The fries could have better prepared. They were luke warm and almost seemed reheated. The booth was clean and ready for patrons. Service at lunch was timely and we were checked on several times. The location is a caverness property with high ceiling and a little drafty. Free parking behind the restaurant.
Seated quickly but waited a long time for service. It was not crowded by any means. Washing glasses at the bar and talking to the bar patrons was more important to our server.Food: 4/5
Ordered the Avo-Cobo Chicken salad. QUITE disappointed. Chicken was good, but only 3 small slices of avocado. Had to ask for more, and a SMALL ramekin was delivered. Server was good, but kitchen failed. Also, not a fan of the table-top payment device.Food: 2/5
