Good location, lots of parking. We had the trillion dollar burger and boneless wings. The wings weren’t great but the burger was nice and juicy. The sunset lemonade was too sweet for me. The server was really nice and had the lemonade on the house. It will be a good idea to give a knife with orders.
I was headed home early from work and decided to stop by Red Robbin for a bite to eat. I entered and was greeted immediately. I asked if I could get crayons and the kids paper activity sheet to pass the time while I waited for my food. It wasn't a problem and I was seated. The server was nice and quick. Placed my order and started doing the puzzles on the sheet. I found the burgers, solved a few of the scrambled letter food menu items, colored the dinosaur, and my food arrived. Almost had to dislocate my jaw to bite into my burger. Food was packed with flavor. Enjoyed every bite. I was checked up on a few times to make sure everything was good, and it was. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good burger.
Bottomless sides and drinks. Can I say more??? Freckled lemonade hasn't changed at all and the burgers are all still juicy delicious. Add a fried egg for some of that yolk action.
Good location with plenty of parking. Fast & friendly staff. Keeping people socially distant at tables. Lots of menu options to choose from. Face masks are required.
I work at this restaurant for 3 months and I felt disrespected and discriminated by more then one manger they do not respect there worker they make promises In interviews that they don’t keep and always cut your hours n only give it to ppl that been there for 4 to 14 years. But would not give a new worker the chance. The oil is always reused never fresh oil it is always black. The kitchen is beyond dirty there are all kind of bugs back there near the food and mouse traps
This was a hit with my family because they had gluten free buns for the burgers. I ordered a vanilla shake which I wasn't too happy about. But overall I think this is a nice fast food source. The French fries tasted great, and they were hot and fresh.
Had a debate team here of 9 kids and 2 adults. We got seated quickly and our drinks were ordered and served quickly. Food didn't take too long, and was all tasty and great. Happy to say that the Scorpion Burger, while not too hot, actually does have quite a kick to it for a chain restaurant burger. Kids love the all you can drink and you can eat appetizer options. Waitress was fantastic, and had way too much on her plate from the surrounding tables and us, but made sure to check on us quite often. Props to the waitress for having to deal with some not so courteous customers in a very calm and collected way.
To be honest I am not much of a burger eater. The burger did not seem to have a terribly huge amount of love and attention paid to it between the time that it was raw hamburger and the time that it landed in front of me on a plate with some fries. I expected that the burger would be pretty special but it was just like a regular cheeseburger dude kind of standing around at the bus stop rocking back and forth from his toes to his heels and whistling with his hands behind his back and just kind of waiting for stuff to happen. It wasn't like the cheeseburger equivalent of like Joe Strummer or somebody like that. Wait staff was nice enough and fairly entertaining the atmosphere was...what it was.
Lengthy Review but it is necessary. My family and I called an hour ahead and asked for a take for 13 to be ready for 6pm. We were told it will not be a problem. Upon arrival at 5:50pm, we see the table is ready although a very heavy set woman told me we cannot be seated until the entire party has arrived. Okay, understandable. 6pm - Everyone but ONE of the party arrives. I tell the same woman, we're all here except one. She says very rudely "no, everyone needs to be here. You need to wait." I ask why we can't be at least seated to look over menu and order drinks. She explained there is only one server and she can't handle it right now....ok? 6:15pm - ALL PARTY ARRIVES. I tell this lovely woman, we are all here. Can we sit now? She said no because she had to sit other tables and now there is a wait. I told her we could've been seated the entire time. At this point, Im aggravated because there was no reason why we had to wait. The table was ready the ENTIRE TIME. After this frustration, we start to debate on going somewhere else. During the discussion with my family, this woman loudly says "AM I TAKING YOU OFF THE LIST BECAUSE I HAVE PEOPLE WAITING" I turned around and told her we are discussing it now, we'll let you know. After a few minutes she again yells "I HAVE PEOPLE WAITING YOU NEED TO TELL ME WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO." It is 6:30pm at this point and now she is rushing US to make a choice when she still couldn't even seat us. The store was understaffed and that is understandable and we were patient. They should not have accepted a large party when we called to reserve the table. Everyone already knew what to order. We had 6 VERY hungry kids. We decided to leave because we felt her attitude was going to compromise our customer service and food! This woman was not working with us and had the nastiest attitude. HER NAME IS NINA. An employee told us her name since she refused.
Good food, bottomless drinks and fries are awesome, employees were very friendly. Would definitely go again, and would recommend to others!
