Hadn't been to a Red Robin in a few years. We were visiting the nearby Air Force Museum and a gift card so we decided to use it here. We had a large group and had no problem getting seated as we got there before the dinner rush. Our server, Alexeis, did a great job. She kept our drinks full and stopped by our table several times during our meal. We ordered several appetizers--Pretzel Bites, Fried Pickles, Mozzarella Sticks and The Onion Ring Tower. They were decent with the Onion Rings being the best. I ordered a Whiskey River BBQ burger and added bacon with Bottomless Garlic Fries. Both burger and fries were very good. The burgers were better than I remembered them being. A few burgers were missing bacon but was not mentioned to our server. Atmosphere was okay--the decor feels dated and worn out, but certainly not bad. Manager was visible which is always a good sign. Overall, good visit!!!
Had Fish n chips and BLTA Croissant. They give cold turkey in Croissant Sandwich. Chips and Fries were great . Fish was bit on harder side. I believe it wasn't fried for long or fish was marinated but couldn't leave for sometime to get soft. Overall we liked the food. Haley our server was perfect.Food: 4/5
LarderRoom...Red Robin...Yum. I had to try the new cheesy bacon fondue burger medium. This burger comes with hardwood smoked bacon, American cheese, and mayo. But wait. It's served with a cup of Cheesy Bacon Fondue for dipping!!!!! And as if that wasn't enough, Bottomless Steak Fries!!! I also tried the Haystack Burger no bun and the Red's Double. The place is large. The staff was kind. It was hot outside, so we were happy to get sat quickly and indoors. We will be back. Parking: There is plenty of party outside the mall. Lots of room and no wait.
Very disappointed. Bad management They only have 2 cooks . then server should notice to customer the food will takes about 50min to 1hr . We place an order at 6pm got our food at 6:55? Got my plastic fork at 7:10pm? I got salad with no forks /napkins/missing food / our server was often missing for a long time / their coworkers seems not interest in helping other team members . I waited another 5min . I went to get my forks Directly from a man who was putting forks inside the napkin Fork is so dirty .. both fork has food on it .. Never seen that dirty forks in my life .. My son order burger then only comes with fries & dipping sauce .. We had to wait the waitress to place an order again … The owner male show up with food all over on his clothes he said they have only 2 cook they can’t help with the situation. No discount nothing . I asked plastic forks he show up late .. I have to wait on him long time to eat my salad The outside sign show happy hour 3-6pm We asked server about 3times she said yes we do a happy hour price will be half then when we got our bill she said happy hour only works on weekday N manager said no discount on them She said she did not trained she didn’t know It applied only weekday And manager won’t change the bill. We have to pay full price . And they charged us extra that was their mistake . Everyone around us got their food 50min later And missing food . Red Robin’s manager should be shame on their self for not training their server and not responsible for their position. Never come back . We still pay the tip to our waitress.
The food was good!!! Our waitress was very nice and the atmosphere was wonderful. We had a little wait but it wasn't too bad for a Saturday night. Kid-friendliness: The kids menu had good choices for my grandson. If he wasn't upset he may have enjoyed his chicken tenders and fries
Perhaps the last time I'll be going back to Red Robin's. The portions are significantly smaller and the server definitely was not the best. We sat outside to which he barely checked on us while they weren't even busy, had to request for more fries when he came back to drop the check and only brought me what looked like handful in a small tray. Definitely won't be coming back to this location.
The food was terrific as usual from a red Robin. The Royal Red Robin is always a fav. The seating was just very cramped, I could hear the conversations of everyone around us, the high top booths are also very uncomfortable. Plenty of parking.Food: 5/5
Took 45 minutes to get our cold food and no it wasn’t busy at all, Bathrooms out of toilet paper but no one to be found to tell them, think we were able to get one refill, fries and grilled chicken tasted like it was straight out of the microwave, grilled chicken wrap seems to have sat around for to long because it was soggy and gross. Thank god we were able to check out on the tablet because we may have been there another 30 minutes waiting for the check. Oh and the it was almost $100 for a family of four to eat.
Kristen brightened my mood as soon as she came to my table to take my order. She was extremely helpful in getting my order just right. I normally get one of the special gourmet burgers, but this time I decided to try the fish with homemade tartar sauce, and it definitely didn't disappoint! I also got steamed broccoli and asked for cheese to be melted on top instead of beer cheese being poured on. The broccoli was perfect-- not hard and crunchy, but not soft and squishy either. Kristen helped with the check-out process also. Great experience overall! I'm definitely going back and bringing friends!
This tiny burger was $15!!! And the chips weren't even ready to come out with the food. First time ever at a Red Robin. won't be back. I should have gone to five guys.Food: 1/5
