Great motel, generally clean and friendly staff. I don't trust motel sheets and towels so I brought my own, but they looked pretty clean. The bed is super comfy, spacious room, good a.c., laminate floors. One downside is the water is really hot in the bathroom, almost too hot. Free ice in the lobby and coffee in the morning. Little area to walk pets and clean up after them. Huge downside for me is the suite I chose doesn't have a microwave and fridge, but that's my fault for not choosing the right option online. But pleasantly surprised by this hotel for the price I got it! Will most likely extend my stay!! This is my first night here, and it's really quiet as well! Hopefully the rest of the week is as good as tonight!
Good place to crash for the night. Price was good, rooms were clean, and everything worked. Elevator was out and we were on the 3rd floor, which was a bummer but not a deal breaker. Front staff were nice, but the guy who checked me in seemed pretty out of it - asked me the same question multiple times, had a few sentences that didn't make sense, and didn't give the wifi info, check out time, or anything else.
The gentleman who checked me in was so friendly and engaging. My room had been remodeled and was mostly clean. I was thrilled there were wood looking floors and not carpet. The bedding and towels were clean. They just need to sweep the floor in the bathroom better. I stayed here 2 different times within the same week and I would stay here again.
Stayed at Red Roof Inn. I must say that it was a very clean stay! I've been to some 5-star hotels that weren't clean. Red Roof Inn topped many of those experiences. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all provided in dispensers. The bed was comfortable. Sure, there were some sketchy guests, but they probably thought the same of me. Lots of parking spots were available throughout the complex. Would stay again!
Room are clean, they have everything we need. The attendant was great very kind helpful, attentive. But the best part was the bed very comfy I recommend if you really want to sleep good, and affordable. And doesn't have pool. I don't know who uploaded that photo with a pool!! Rooms: Clean, and very packed with the stuff you need Food & drinks: Have machine, with drink $2 and machines with snack $ different prices. They have free coffee all the time.
DO NOT RECOMMEND This hotel is the nastiest place i have ever stayed. The rooms are not being cleaned. There are bugs to greet you when you walk in, stained pillow cases, there was someones blood on the floorboard in the bathroom, dust everywhere, tears in the sheets, dirt and grime on almost every surface, half the outlets didnt work, the lights that did work strobed on and off. The area isnt great either. Constantly hearing people arguing in the room next to us and banging on doors. And dont bother with a "privacy please" sign on your door...someone will ignore it and still come banging. The saying "you get what you paid for" is true but with what i paid the room should have been at least clean and blood free.
It's truly a hidden gem neat SAT airport! My flight got delayed, and I had to get a place nearby to fly the next day. Chose Red Roof Inn for the affordable price, and was happily surprised with the amazing service and cleanliness of the room. I'd definitely recommend it if you need a place to stay that is near the airport. Food & drinks: I ordered delivery from a place nearby while staying at Red Roof Inn. There are many amazing tex-mex restaurants in the area, so I def recommend you try one of them!
It was not what I expected or felt picture looked like. Price seemed high after going inside room. Not what picture was. Check in was ok, nothing special, not friendly just checking in? Yes. Okay, here is your key. After I have my name. There was an oder, I saw roaches, German roaches, in the room when I was waking up. Sheets looked dirty. I wanted to cry and didn't sleep comfortable. Bed had dips, restroom looked disgusting and so did shower. Even had old soap. I didn't even shower. Rooms: Gross. Sheets were dirty, stains, I was afraid there were bed bugs. Beds had dips. Not comfortable.
I made a last minute reservation here for July 3-5 after another hotel canceled on me. A very kind man named Jason at the front desk made the process quick, easy and friendly. For the price, this place is worth it and has everything you’ll need. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area.Rooms: 4/5
Had to change room at 1:30 am due to the ac in first room making a growling noise. Only select rooms has fridge and microwave. No complimentary breakfast, no swimming pool. Only thing that is a plus being pet friendly
