I am thrilled to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service I recently experienced at Redner's Grocer's seafood department. From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth and efficiency that truly stood out. The cashier and Ms. Emily displayed remarkable attentiveness and a genuine willingness to assist, making my shopping experience truly delightful. I must also commend the manager, Tom Clemons, for his outstanding professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. When an issue arose regarding a missed paid merchandise, Mr. Clemons swiftly and fairly provided a solution that resolved the matter and left me feeling valued and respected as a customer. I am genuinely impressed by the level of care and dedication exhibited by the entire team at Redner's. Such great service has undoubtedly earned my loyalty, and I eagerly anticipate visiting their grocery stores more frequently for my shopping needs. Kudos to the seafood department, the cashier, Ms. Emily, and especially Manager Tom Clemons for their great contributions to creating a truly memorable shopping experience.
I have always gone out of my way to shop here. Staff is always super friendly all hours of the day. Produce is fresh, shelves are always fronted up, and the meat section is always full. The Meat and Seafood people are beyond friendly and helpful. I never have to wait for anything meat related. The cashiers are always nice and friendly, often engaging in casual conversation while ringing up my items, even the managers are nice here. The deli... Oh goodness the deli... Its never a dull moment with them. They are friendly and love to joke with their customers. Always making people feel at home while waiting in line or waiting for their meats to be sliced. Sometimes even the Deli and Seafood Dept banter at each other. I can honestly say the employees truly care for their customers.
Love this Place they have everything you need and more. Great Prepare dinners in a pinch.
Used them for catering for an event...I had a very large order that was hot, fresh and all ready to go at pick up time. Staff was extremely helpful with explaining the pick up process and getting us checked out. Will definitely use them again when needed. I purchased fried chicken, meat platters, fruit and veggie plates and it was more than enough!
I was very impressed with my first trip to this supermarket. It is clean, spacious, you find everything you need, and the staff is quite helpful. There were plenty of cashiers. Something rare these days!
Ya'll have a good thing going! That fried chicken is ! Please go teach the Lewes store the ways of the Spices! Their chicken is JUST SALT. Obi-Wan Clucknobi please we beg of you! My family and friends drive all the way from Lewes to Georgetown to get that good bird!
Redness always has a greater variety of goods than most other grocery stores. Their quality is usually above average.
Excellent supermarket. Clean, well stocked and great prepared food.

This is an employee owned group of grocery stores across several states. This one is opened 6 am - 10 pm 7 days a week. Very clean with a nice selection of deli and baked goods along with the usual grocery items you find in most stores. It reminds me a little like the old time general store.
