Reflections was recommended to me by the wonderful hospice nurse that was there when my Mama passed. Josh contacted me the same day Sunday to set up a day/time/method for paperwork completion. He was kind and gentle, offering email via docusign for my convenience. I was able to select how many Death Certificates I needed and they helped me along the way. The cremation was VERY affordable compared to everywhere else we looked, as this was not expected and there were not many resources left behind. They were done within a week. I spoke to Jake; who listened kindly as I blabbed on and on about my loved one and was very patient and receptive, when he called to tell me she was ready. Pick up was quick and easy. When I went in to pick her up, their Urns and other keepsake containers were BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend.

I’m dad passed away and I was searching for a place to handle the affairs and after about 8 or 9 frustrating encounters with various businesses I found reflections and even though my case is in Kansas they have been so helpful and friendly. I no longer have to worry about the process. I would give 6 stars if possible!

Outstanding services - Katherine was wonderful, I was already overwhelmed with the passing of my husband but when I arrived at Reflections the visit, paperwork and Customer service provided was so refreshing. I left feeling 150% better. Funeral Homes are always trying to sell you more than you can afford. Reflections gives you just what you need/want.

This place put my wife's social security number in place of my mother in laws,Causing my wife to be listed as deceased. Making her lose her social security benefits and VA benefits. Joshua Dukes said it was her handwriting and he could prove it but never sent is the proof. Some other woman from there business called and said it was there fault and apologized for the mistake. But Joshua insists it was my wife handwriting. But to day when my mother in laws ashes was picked up and all paperwork was given to them, you can see where they inserted my wife's social where a lie was left blank. They still won't accept responsibility and keep putting the blame on my wife when you can clearly see the handwriting doesn't match my wifes.. I would not recommend this establishment for poor unprofessional business acts also reporting to BBB and the group in charge of all funeral homes. Sending them all my evidence I would recommend Highland park in KCK, maybe farther for some people but always professional and curtious. Also Joshua lies to try to avoid responsibility for their doings.

This is a family owned business and they took excellent care of us! I spoke to Joshua a few times asking him I’m super stupid questions, he was kind, considerate and answered all my questions. They made this experience so much easier on me and I am forever grateful to them and their expertise! If you’re looking for a company to take care of final wishes, handle your situation gently and efficiently and won’t break the bank, please stop looking and make the call! Thank you for everything!

During such a challenging time, it was so nice to use a company that showed so much compassion and communicated so efficiently. I highly recommend them in your time of need. Cathy

My mom was sick and was given 48 hours which came as a shock. After calling around Reflections was the most cost effective. They were under $700 while everyone else was over $1000. I’m was a big believer of you get what you pay for. I was wrong. Reflections was the greatest. After my mom passed they were there within the hour to get. They emailed me all the paperwork and I could go ahead and start the paperwork. They called me the next day to set up an appt to make the arrangements. While there they never once tried to up-sale me any services or try to sale me Urns, Cremation jewelry or anything. They explained the process and said I should have my mother by the end of the next week. We were there on a Thursday. Exactly one week later they called and said she was ready to go home. I brought in jewelry, and a Urn I bought and they transferred her into the Urn and filled the jewelry for me at no charge. They made the entire process as simply as possible and everyone was so nice and understanding. Thank you Reflections!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! This is the SAME as Marts Memorial services, in which was shut down for 1 giving grieving family’s wrong remains KNOWINGLY, AND 2failure to keep body’s in a cool enough environment 10+ degrees higher than legally allowed my grandmother was given to the wrong family and we have YET to find her she passed march of 2010

This place messed up something,not once,not twice but 3 times with my daughters father n laws cremation and everything that goes with it, meanwhile they are grieving. Don't trust this horrible place.

Huge rave to Reflections Memorial. Exceptional communication through email/phone. Did a wonderful job in the transition of my mother to KU Willed Body Program including death certificates. Will completely do business with them in the future.
