Good seating chairs and auditorium was clean. On the negative the price of tickets is higher compared to other cinemas, the selection of food is limited and they do not have packages for popcorns and drinks.
I'm sad to say this is going drop some stars. This used to be my favorite place. 1. Saturdays are busy. Don't have 4 managers/team leads sitting at customer service while your concessions employee struggles with the line. 2. My auditorium was cleaned with 5 minutes to spare. The young lady was sent alone clean it. Sure it was only a 20 or so group in there but people are messy. 3. It took a giant line for the managers to finally help out and then to check usher on cleanings. Lastly and the most irritating part - as a previous manager for the location, I am sadden to see people getting 2+ hour old popcorn and popping new popcorn over it. Empty, cycle, and refill with fresh as the next set comes in. Stale popcorn for nearly $10 is sad. Do better.
This theater has nice electric reclining chairs and has $6 movie tickets on Tuesdays! It doesn’t get any better than this on the east side. It’s clean, good quality projectors and sound.
Basic, but comfortable. They don't carry my favorite candy and the staff are lethargic. The place just doesn't have the energy needed to carry your experience in a positive way...
While the seats recline, they're pretty firm. Also, being 5', I had to lean forward to be able to see the whole screen which kind of defeats the purpose of a recliner... because the railing between rows was just high enough to block the bottom 1-2 feet of the screen for me
Clean theater with friendly staff. This theater lacks alcohol, a full menu, or even an extended set of items. While the seats are great here you might want to bring your big purse if like me you find simple offerings like this to not meet your snack preferences.
The seating is probably the best thing since it is the leather recliners and no matter where you sit you can easily see over anybody’s head because there are no heads in the way since there’s plenty of space between levels. Staff is pleasant and when you want your popcorn buttered into five layers they will do it for you!
The most comfortable seating I have ever had. Recliner and spacious chairs. Clean space. Definitely recommend.
There are bars right in front of your seat. Reclining will cut off your view. Couldn't get popcorns because they were unable to accept credit cards, they were unable to give us change if we paid cash. Worst movie experience ever! Not going back.
Nice theater. Clean. Great location. Popcorn was stale so they made a new batch right away. Pleasant experience.
