Regal Cinemas Northtown Mall 12

My husband and I went to see the film, Oppenheimer. This was our first return to a movie theater in 4+ years. The service by Regal staff was excellent. The theater was clean and comfortable. Our tickets were $30. We purchased one small popcorn for the two of us to share. We each purchased a bottle of ice tea. Total cost was $60.00 for the two of us. Northtown Mall felt sad. Hadn't been there in several years. I doubt we'll be returning to Regal or AMC theaters anytime soon. We're very happy streaming movies at our home. Again, the service we received from the Regal employees was excellent!

I just had the worst movie experience in years. In one showing, I had two men next to me drinking, using their camera flash, and yelling at the screen. In the same showing in the back row, there were teenagers doing who knows what, but were causing a disturbance. I made a complaint twice, but no action was taken. I know at least one other person had made several complaints. The management staff made no effort to fix the issue. I finally left and asked for a refund. The supervisor on duty acted like he couldnt be bothered. Failure of management. I will not be returning.

Fire place... but their popcorn needs more butter. Other than that, it's the best place ever! Barbie was great other than the people behind us crackling up a storm.

Comfortable reclining chairs made this movie theater a bit better than others in the region

My first time to this theatre and I’m quite sure I will be going back. The most comfortable recliner seats was unexpected and delightful. The staff were very friendly and I believe I’ll be purchasing the monthly plan where you can go to as many movies and as many times you want.

customer service was great. Prices a bit high, but that's the world we live in right now.. Treats yummy. The sound is great. Worth checking out..

Best seats in Spokane. We drive over 60 miles just so we can reserve and have adjustable seating. I have back issues. These seats are comfortable.

The seats are coming apart, vinyl flakes were all over the back of my daughter when we left the movie. The handicap/ wheelchair accessible stall has been out of order for months. Regardless, we will be back.

Used to think picking your own seat was a good idea when they upgraded the seats last movie I went to half the theater was empty but they told me. Those seats were full.

Great theater. Clean, comfortable reclining seats, lots of rooms and seating, good popcorn. Concession is overpriced, and I would suggest bringing your own snacks.
