Nice theater, but pretty pricey. We visited this theater only because we had a gift card for it, since it’s pretty far from our house. There is a large parking lot outside the theater since it’s in a large shopping complex area. We ordered our tickets online and were surprised at how much the tickets cost $15.50 for the “premium experience”. We got some snacks and paid $9.99 for a large popcorn. The theater is large if you do the RPX theater and the seats are padded and recline. They don’t have a tray table which I enjoy in some theaters. The aisles are very wide, which makes it nice to walk down the aisle without disturbing anyone who is reclined. Regal has a program to get unlimited movies and that might make the price feel better if you see a lot of movies. I also understand they have a cheap movie day at times which would also be cool. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good option for the area.
Delicious food with attention to detail put into every dish. Each dish was better than the last. I can't believe this was in a strip mall in Longmont, this places deserves to be set in some downtown with how good it is!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for high class Italian in a nice low-key atmosphere
The ticket prices for Regal membership is very good. The seats in the theater were comfortable and the overall experience was good. We had no issues but reading through some of the posted reviews, I'm surprised management doesn't repose to some of the reviews.
Had a really interesting experience today… my boyfriend Native American, his cousin, and myself went over to see a movie today. A group of 3 young white boys were behind the concession counter. They were chatting amongst themselves so I went over to the line where the two workers were cleaning something up behind a register. We were waiting patiently when one of the 3 chatting boys calls us over. He boredly asks us what we want and then runs my boyfriend’s card before asking for our Regal Membership discount on popcorn, collect points for rewards, etc., I honestly didn’t think anything of it until I went back for another drink. I watched the same boy who purposely didn’t ask us for our membership was doting over an elderly white man to help him find his membership who ended up not having a membership at all. They even offered to help him set up his account. Then, when I returned and was helped by one of the chatty boys, they refused me a beer after already having a wristband denoting I showed ID and had already had an alcoholic beverage. I was also going to purchase a food item in addition and said forget it when he demanded ID. I went back to the movie and fumed for the rest of it. This trip was not a good experience for me or the guests who I brought with who were people of color, and were denied the same experience of an elderly white male. I’ve never experienced this treatment with any other employee. The last time we came, there was a girl who wore glasses and seemed of Latino descent that took excellent care of us, so I’ve gotten into the habit of gravitating towards her when we go. I was trying to wait for her to finish up when the boys called us over today. I will be avoiding their service going forward, and should they be the only one’s there, I’d rather just wait to eat until after the movie at a different establishment. Everyone should be treated the same when they go to see a movie. Period.
Recently went to warch a movie and had a great experience for the most part. Cons the popcorn didnt seems as fresh at end of night around 940 showing. The drinks and ataff were greta', the premises clean. They had new powered reclining chairs on back of room which was nice. No cracked screen and sound sounded great as opposed to prior experience.
A great theater. Nice workers and clean theaters. Bathrooms are always stocked and clean. I honestly have no issues with this theater. Very fun place to visit. Arcade games in front. Those are hard to win but eh. Highly recommend this theater.
Urg… what a cluster to get tickets to a movie. If you go in, their kiosks don’t show the right availability. That forces you to use their website and get charged fees while standing in the lobby. Then when my tickets didn’t get emailed to me, the ‘customer service’ gal put us in different seats than we paid for. Comfortable chairs
The staff are nice and quick. The screens are in high quality and they display the newest features. The seats are comfy and recline nicely. The sound is balanced and at a good volume. All in all, a great time.
The chairs were nice. The movie was supposed to start at 4:10 p.m. Instead, there were 9 solid minutes of commercials. Not previews. Commercials. And they were almost all just regular TV commercials. After the 9 minutes of commercials there were 20 minutes of previews. So the movie didn't actually start until 29 minutes after the posted start time. I'm visiting from out of town. Maybe it's a Colorado thing. I went to the concession stand to get a beer 60 minutes after I got there, only 18 minutes into the movie. The concession stand workers were talking about 20 dollar bills for about 2 minutes before asking me what I needed. The bathroom is really far away from some of the theaters. There's 12 theaters and 2 bathrooms.
Love this movie theater and the ease to get to in Longmont. However they just changed out the seats to electric recliner. Worst decision ever!!!! Leg always hits the button making the seat move. But the biggest issue is the hard wood edge on the arm rests that dig into your legs. The most uncomfortable chairs I’ve ever been in. Obviously no one tried them out before Installing.
