Jacob and Ryan are absolutely amazing! I bought a couch from Rent A Center last year because I needed it the next day. I paid cash. The same couch can be found at Ashley furniture for $1600. I paid about three or $400 less and it was brand new. I love the customer service. I love my couch.

I paid 500+ into a bedframe with drawers never received it was blamed for taking it threatened to be sued and never got a refund for it after they said it was on back order many excuses and the district manager wouldn't approve the refund. Very dissatisfied with there service if I knew more about sueing them I would do it they practically robbed me for my money.

I have yet to get the damaged item replaced and I have been paying on items that are incomplete since day one was given the wrong mattress. Previous store manager took it upon himself to deliver one that he had and had been paying for the incorrect mattress and incomplete bedroom since September keep getting the run around and the new store manager spoke to me as I was stupid in her condescending tone. I requested for her to have the district manager call me and I have yet to hear from anyone going on second week that I did not get a call back. Completely dissatisfied with the store management. Delivery guys were great.

It's was easy and fast all though the online add said I would get same day delivery and I had to pick it up or I would have had to wait a week for it to be delivered

I needed to rent a sofa and loveseat for my new apartment while waiting for my back ordered furniture to arrive. I called and talked to Curtis. He had my furniture delivered in ONE day! The delivery guys were awesome as well. Very polite and professional -- I highly recommend this location.

Horrible customer service! I applied twice, one under my fiances name and one under mine different income.  I did it twice because I wasnt getting a response back the first time with my name. I call and spoke with a lady forgot her name I think the only lady there, she said she would call me back and never did 2 week time frame, she was who I spoke with the first time with each application. I called a few times for both applications to follow up and EVERY time I asked for her they say she "just stepped out"  and will call me back. Haven't heard from a single person. Aren't most job descriptions at Rent A Center Sales and Customer service???? Yikes! Maybe time to do a staff re evaluation or and refresh memory of job description . Unfortunately this is the only rent a center that would deliver to me so lts not like I can go to a different location.

The staff and service were very good, unfortunately due to the times selection of laptops was not, but that's ok, the friendliness and environment more than made up for it. We will continue to do business with them if the need arise.

Love these guys. Especially this store. Manager she is amazing. Service Reps with fun and  friendly personalities. I have been with RAC for years. I Love my fireplace Entertainment Center. Highly Recommend. 5*. Thanks guys. I'll be back in June. Lilbit

I've been going to this location for a number of items when I just moved into my first house. Purchased my fridge, 2 piece living room set, and currently in the process of paying off my washer/dryer combo, this was when I was dealing with one of their previous workers, who is now unfortunately let go as of recent.  1-month after receiving our new washer/dryer combo, the dryer no longer warmed up to dry the loads, would spin just fine, but nothing would dry, so I called this location to have it send me a replacement and send this one in for repairs, which they did, least so I thought.  Fast-forward 2 months, I contacted the manager at this location numerous times to get an update on my dryer, I was told they have no idea, their systems changed and it would be in when it came in, spoke to another gentlemen and he informed me it was sent out and they would contact me when it came in. I called to get the replacement dryer replaced because it had broken down 2 weeks after getting it, I was just ignoring it in hopes my original dryer would be in soon, I spoke to the manager who informs me that they never sent in my dryer for repairs, because they didn't have a serial number from the washer. Really?! No one called me in the 2 months it's been sitting in the store to get that number?! I was told it was already sent out!  So Anyways, I'm trying to get them to pick up this current non-functioning dryer to be replaced with another loaner, I've been told they'd pick it up Wednesday at 10am, no one shows. I call to find out and was told no one wrote in a time, so they just ignored it, rescheduled for another day, no one showed, they called me 2 hours later saying someone can be there in the next 1-2 hours, but I'll be at work!  Rescheduled for Friday at 3pm Today, 3pm passes....5pm I get a call from Rent-a-Center, "Oh, just making sure you're there, I'll send someone out." hangs up. SERIOUSLY!? I don't wrote complaints ever, but this is the worst customer service I've ever received, I've had much better help from Comcast Customer Service, that's saying A LOT.
