I had to wait four days until I received my items and had already paid for it. Then I wasgoing to be late on my payment because I was in the hospital with covid. The manage was very nasty! Irecommend them!!

Ghetto management. Poor customer service and pitiful attitudes. Go to RAC mooresville, Aaron’s.. or somewhere else.

The store manager and I had a moment one time but when I say this girl really works with you she really does .All these negative reviews about her saying she's rude and all that people have to understand that she has a job to do and a boss of her own to answer to. I have two items from rent a center with one paid off .She really does care about her customers and try her best to work with them ! I see myself being a customer for a while !
This place is a disgrace! The woman manager is not only rude but very unprofessional! Not only did I only have my item 6 days but she than decided to question why I hadn't put money on a prepaid card if I got paid 3 days ago. It was non of her business that I had to transfer the money and I had told her I was at work at that. I also said I be in first thing in a.m; she still stated she didn't understand. Who the hell is she to understand?!? I told her do not call me back have someone else and every time I hung up, she called right back over and over and over like a damn child .I also reach out on their fb page. THEY BLOCKED ME! She needs to be fired! I have reported her at this time I haven't heard nothing back. I have gave back the items it wasn't worth the headache and harrashment!. I never even signed papers!.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The store manager Merienda Jackson is a horrid, unreasonable and insensitive witch. I would love to say what she really is, but let's be professional. Especially seeing as how she doesn't know the meaning of the word. She will call every contact # you've left to gossip/tattle/share conversations you've had with her if she's offended, involving people she doesn't know, in her drama. Not to mention the non-stop harassing phone calls if you are a little late on a payment. Would not recommend ANYONE do business here. This woman should be fired for her behavior.
Store manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful when calling me as one of my son's contacts. She probably didn't even know I was his mother and that I could possibly even be older than her. Instead, she chose to speak to me as if I were a child or someone beneath her. Yes my son should be held responsible, but life happens sometimes. As well, when being harrassed daily, it can almost cause anyone to rebel against paying at the moment. I would not recommend for anyone to do business here while under this management. They do call all contacts daily leaving various messages before you can even reply to previous ones. They want to threaten legal proceedings, even after receiving their merchandise back. I wonder if customers can pursue their own lawsuit for harrassment....
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Miranda is absolutely horrible. My husband just lost his father October 13th and he missed one payment. The next payment isn't even due yet. One payment missed and we're getting harassed because we paid for funeral cost over a furniture bill. So if you plan on going through them, make sure nobody dies in your family, no emergencies, better pay these people before you even feed your kids. I mean my husband's father died. He's gone. Not coming back. The amount of pain he is going through is enormous. The obituary is in the paper, we have a letter from the funeral home to prove it's no lie or were not just making up stories. These people have no compassion, no humanity. Aaron's is where we will take our business. We just talked to them and told them our situation and they are giving us first month free and allowing us to pick our due date. They said their prayers are with our family and anything they can do to help just let them know. That's customer service. That's going above and beyond​ and will result in more customers and returning customers.
