This is the best furniture business in Statesville. The owner and staff really care about every customer and their needs. The prices are great. The service is incredible. I've purchased a bunch of furniture from them -- 3 mattresses over the last 15 years. They are super quality and the valuable is unbeatable. If you're looking for furniture in the area, come here first.

This store is lovely. It had exactly the recliner I was looking for. The recliner was better than I imagined and within the price range I was planning on spending. We got it for our dad for Father's Day and he absolutely loved it. I also saw some really nice kitchen tables and couches that I have my eye on now. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us load the recliner into our vehicle. I was able to find what I wanted immediately and be on with my day. 10/10 will come again.

The owner is easy going and will take his time to help you find the perfect furniture for your home. He will call and keep you up to date on furniture delivery. Great customer service, which is often a rarity these days. Don't overlook this store for your next furniture purchase in Statesville.

Being that it is located in an old Sagebrush building, it is easy to miss. If shopping for furniture, make sure this is on your list. Tripp owner is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. He is willing to compromise on price and if what you are looking for is not in stock, he will help you find it. I will definitely make this my first stop when furniture shopping in the future.

The lady that works the i's the most polite person I've ever met. I arrived as she was licking up trying to get there after work in time to buy my daughter a bed because she had to move back home, and she turned off the alarm unlocked the store, took me into where the bed were so I could pick one out because I nèded right then, my daughter's pregnant and wouldn't take my bed even tho I offered, and I didn't want her sleeping on the couch. And since they were closed she was the only one there and she helped me load it into my truck so I could surprise my daughter with a bed when she got home from work. Great prices and real southern hospitality. I'll buy all my furniture from there from now on and recommend everyone I know to do so also.

Best customer service in Statesville! Bought a couch set here. Debbie was extremely helpful, and made sure I found what I wanted in my budget! Will definitely shop here again.

I just moved down to NC and had no idea where to start for couch shopping. Looked up a bunch of places online, went to a couple retail chain type stores and was just not satisfied with the product, price, or staff. Then we stopped into Furniture Gallery which can be tough to spot, its a burgundy building right by the road, on a hill just off interstate 40, across from the Hess station. And wow we couldnt believe the price differences compared to places like Ashley furniture for a very comparable product. Also the owner who helped us out might be the nicest man I ever met. Business being done the old fashioned way, honest and personal, which you completely lose with those retail furniture stores. We only needed 2 couches for our apartment, but we'll be coming back to furnish our house in the future.

Great experience. Debbie knows customer service and was considerate and professional. Bought on Friday and set up delivery for the next day. I'll be back for sure.
