Nice place to live
There are many mosquitoes and they must open a door for visitors to leave, the only one that has visitors is a badly planned entrance and exit.
A good place to live and to hang out with friends and family a very protected and safe area
-DO NOT BUY A HOUSE IN PLATINUM SECTION- They all have innumerable problems from water leaks, bad pipes, poor wiring installation, not even the Telnor lines can put in properly... Neither the construction company nor real estate respond to the problem.
Taking into account that it is a very young private Fracc, very calm, people respect other people's things, little by little it is improving, and they are very hard-working and empathetic people
I thought it was going to be a little more detailed, because of the façade it has at the entrance, and also the cassette is a little neglected...
Very clean and it looks like they maintain it. Park and street cleaning
Very good subdivision both surveillance and cleaning highly recommended
Good quiet residential to live with the family, it is a very safe and quiet place, you can breathe a lot of tranquility
