Whether you are interested in taking a group fitnesss class or beginning a personalized training experience, Results is great for all ages and abilities.
Results Fitness is a fully functioning fitness center focused on meeting the goals and needs of the individual. Whether you are recovering from an injury or trying to reach the next level, Results has a plan for you!
Our Gym:
Results Fitness offers a wide variety of equipment and exercises for all members. Inside the fitness center you can expect to find a spacious cardio center, free weight and machine weighted areas, exercise classrooms, a basketball court and a therapy pool.

Our Staff:
Results Fitness values its members and you can expect a friendly "hello" upon arrival. Our staff includes individuals with degrees in the health and exercises science field who are certified by internationally recognized organizations so that our information and programs are based on science and results.
Members:
All members committed to at least 3 months training will receive a personalized training program. Programs will be written by certified staff and be focused on goals and needs of the individual. 1-on-1 training sessions will be provided when beginning new programs to assure proper form and technique.
All members will also be qualified to take part in any of the Results Fitness classes. These classes include:
