I'm really struggling with the office staff, but I absolutely love seeing Heidi Vawdrey! She is the most attentive doctor I have ever been to! She spends so much time listening and understanding. She is very assertive at putting together an action plan to solve any concerns. She truly cares about helping you feel better! However, the staff is incredibly difficult to work with. Any time we call with a concern medication error, etc it takes an entire WEEK to get the issue addressed. The office coded our visit incorrectly, so our insurance won't cover it. We've been waiting two weeks to hear back from the billing department. The office is ages behind with their call-in-to-fix-a-problem system, as opposed to most offices that have online messaging, medical records, etc. If it weren't for Heidi, I'd go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

Dr. Oneida is great and nice, I have no complaints there. However their billing department at Revere Health is horrific. I received a bill covered by my insurance. My insurance called Revere Health to fix it and Revere Health said to ignore future bills because their claims department is behind. But now I'm receiving a letter threatening to report my late bill to the credit bureau and I called the billing department directly. They said the same thing about the other department being behind and need to confirm with my insurance which is ridiculous since my insurance already called twice. To avoid the report to the credit bureau I need to pay the bill and get a refund later. I'm paying it but honestly, wouldn't be surprised if I never get refunded due to other comments on the company not even fixing bills that have been paid on time. They're a mess and anyone should avoid them. It's sad since Dr. Oneida was great, but not worth visiting with the headache coming from Revere Health.

I haven't had a lot of luck in the past finding a primary care provider I felt addressed my health needs, and who I could work with as a team. I am so glad I found Heidi Vawdrey. She is amazing and knowledgeable, and even more she listens to my concerns and works with me.

I love Dr. Maria O'Neida! She tells me like it is and doesn't sugar coat it which makes me behave! I would never leave her...Her nurse Lisette always gets back to me about Labs and such. Cordy & Morgan are always friendly!

This place is the best
