Don't go here they don't care about you. Literally called me 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel stating that their doctor does not do that work even though they booked it 30 days ago and had all that time to let me know. Unreal!!!

Almost afraid to share this gem! Miranda is awesome. She checks you in and performs the test. She only needed one attempt whereas other places take up to 4x to draw blood. She was efficient and pleasant. This is my place for lab work. Took less than 20 minutes! NO more misery at LabCorp!

Love the customer service love the doctors and staff there and they are very knowledgeable about how to take care of their patients. They go the extra mile

This place is great. I still call the clinic when I need laboratory services .They gave me a COVID 19 vaccine two years ago and will happily come back if they offer a booster. My doctor practices at the hospital part time but she is not authorized to give her own patients the booster shot so I am happy I found out an hospital that she practices at that can service me when I need it.

Recently had surgery here and the staff could not have been nicer.  From the receptionist to the nurses to the OR staff, they were all awesome.  They explained everything in detail, took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable, warm, stress-free and updated every step of the way.  We flew in from out of state for my surgery and I am so glad we did!  Thanks to the entire staff for taking such great care of me!

Checking in as a New patient. The vibes of a professional yet laid back atmosphere. The entire staff is prompt and really to take care of the patients needs. My experience was a breath of fresh air. I'm so comfortable in making Rex Healthcare my new Primary Care.  P.S: Thank you Staff

I recently had an abdominal ultrasound here and they are the best. I found everyone I checked in with and the technician who did my ultrasound to be  welcoming, friendly  and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait, and was in and out in 35 minutes. Parking  is free and ample. .They are the best and well located for me. Thank you all!!!

I have been a member for two years, and even though it is a bit pricey, it is worth it. The pool is great, the steam room etc. superb. They have all machines you could wish for, free weights etc. A very friendly place, mostly older folks like me so one is not intimidated by the hard core work out types.

I had a lot of anxiety going in for a procedure, but the preop and recovery team did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable. Don't remember the OR or recovery teams, due to the meds. But Diane and April I will never forget. I'd like to thank all of the staff at REX Surgical Center for a job well done. I am recovering quickly, thanks to their concern and care.

Had sinus surgery that was five stars until the discharge nurse rushed me out of there still half sedated instead of giving me twenty minutes to finish coming around.  Signed the discharge, but never was given the paperwork.  Terrible post-op / discharge experience, and I can't recommend it.  Be ready to assert yourself while half-sedated if you don't wanna get tossed out without any paperwork.  Thankfully, my surgeon is good, and I had a lot of info ahead of time and a lot of support afterwards.  But the entire experience was ruined by folks who give healthcare a bad name.
