Rex Healthcare, Radiology, Rex Hospital Radiology Scheduling

Just here to offset the terrible review targeted at the wrong facility. An ER for a miscarriage is clearly not the radiology office. My mother had a triple bypass at the Heart and Vascular Hospital. We have been interacting with radiology for follow up x-rays and they've been great. Very friendly and happy to answer any questions even though they're obviously busy and under stress. Best advice I can give is to pick the right facility for your procedure. Additionally...yes, bring your insurance card. That's an America problem not a Rex Hospital problem.

Rex radiology:I thought my trauma from my first miscarriage was over but it’s still carrying on in 2021 thanks you guy! Just remember to bring your insurance card! Everyone experience will not be the same. When I had my miscarriage in feb of 2020 i wasn’t seen until I started throwing up! I saw one of the nurse ring the bell 3 times to let them know I was ready. I had endure the pain of them forcing the miscarriage through the ultrasound. Then I should of known something was off when I didn’t receive any pain medicine. I should of remembered to bring my insurance card before rushing to the ER! I never received a bill or an email nor is there a medial claim for an ultrasound sound. My account shows no outstanding balance but yet they hit my credit score saying I do. I am sure you guys can look someone info up but anyways I wouldn’t recommend!
