I came into this funeral home for assistance with cremation of my sister . She was ready to be picked up and cremated from the Medical examiners office. We were told we colud see her before cremation. Only later to be asked for assitional $450 to see her not a viewing just to see her and say a final goodbye in person which they knew we did not have. Because we discussed the fact she had no insurance and her children most of them were not even old enough to pay anything they onl... y wanted to say goodbye to their mom. This funeral home was paid in full on July 10 and today is now July 30 and they still have not picked up my sisters remains and have no answers. When I have spoken to Stan many times and for 4 different days he assured my family her remains were being delivered that day. Yesterday Stan guranteed her remains would be delivered So again today we await her remains to bee put in her Urn and Urn lockets for her children's . We were told THEY WOULD PICK UP HER REMAINSS BUT NOW THEY SAY HER REMAINS ARE BEING DELIVERED. We as a family just want to have the final piece of closure laying my sister to reat. A CREMATION should not take this long
If you having a gang member funeral watch out! This place let everybody hang outside like it's a block party. 14 shot in july 2020 in middle of day. And that is with a police officer parked in front of place. FYI if family member is a banger go outside of city for burial.
This a family ran funeral Home. They treat the grieving family as Family. Their prices are very resanable, and the staff are clean and professional. I would highly recommend their service..
Everything was just BAD I will never refer a Family to them
