I wish I could give more than just five stars. Now I see why my family has used this FH for multiple generations. I cannot put into words how incredibly thankful I am for the phenomenal service we received from Jeff and Jeannine. At such a hard time, they made it such a smooth process. Their communication, transparency, and willingness to go above and beyond cannot be beat and is so appreciated. Thank you so much, Jeff and Jeannine. God Bless you!
Jeff and his staff are wonderful people. They helped make a very hard time in our lives a lot easier. I will always say a special prayer for Jeff and his staff. They are a true blessing. My family will never forget what a great job you did.
I totally understand why my family has always used this facility for literally decades. It hit me hard when we made arrangements for daddy with mom, and they were absolutely wonderful. Then again when for the first time in my life I had to with my children when my husband passed...again absolutely wonderful. But this year the hardest by far with my mom's passing. Jeff and his staff are just the most caring, helpful , and compassionate people on this earth. These were the worst of times that their going above and beyond made better. I can never thank them enough.
5 stars is not enough. My family has been going to Richard Midway for many years. The way Jeff prepares loved ones for viewings is nothing short of immaculate, a true miracle worker. Your loved one is in great hands with Jeff and his staff.
