Too bad this mall isn't what it used to be. Since management says there is no closing in sight, hopefully something changes soon, else they just might end up like Randall Park Mall. Not many shopping options as far as name brands like most malls have. There are individually owned businesses however that many might want to support. Only two restaurants in the food court. The Planet Fitness in the mall is the most active part of this establishment.
If you want to get out and walk or exercise without much traffic, Richmond mall is the place to do that. There's a few stores left and a couple of nice food spots in the food court. Nice place to grab a bite and catch a movie or something.
Nothing left there. Planet Fitness and Kevantes Restaurant are the only tenants left worth the drive. Add the Regal Theater if they ever open back up. Even the nail salons have jumped ship.
You've messed up now Richmond. Closing Sears today is a bad decision
Its empty. Virtually all the stores are gone. Its sad. They got wiped out by amazon and walmart. They few remaining stores if you go there try to patronize as many as you can.The proprietors are friendly and helpful. Safety level 90%. There is security there but be alert when you go out to your vehicle. Park as close as you can to the entrance/ exit doors. I
I knew the mall was on a downward spiral in the few months prior to this visit. But I was shocked and disappointed to find that Victoria Secret and Bath and Body Works were closed for good and that Key Bank would be closing in April. I love the convenience of this mall, but I know that it is now probably going to be closing in the near future.
Sad ! I have grown up and used to go to the Richmond mall and Chess king , And of course SPENCER'S GIFTS. The Mall was Alive, Now Just like me we Both grown old and no longer thriving. , And much like the Mall now Ready for the Pasture. It was fun Rest. In peace.
Pretty deserted. Looks like it may close soon. Went to Shoe Dept. and the two girls running the front counter we're completely unprofessional. I needed help with a return. One girl said "I don't want to be up here." The other girl said the manager was "all the way in the back" and she didn't feel like walking to go get him. Her shirt was also kind of dirty and unbuttoned at the bottom revealing her stomach. She looked like a bum. I waited and stared at them and finally one of them called the manager on a walkie talkie. He came promptly and was very friendly and very helpful. I hope he is transitioned to manage a new store when this one closes because he was great. Wish I'd gotten his name! He's the reason I didn't give it one star.
Its over. The last places are Charley's a few sneaker stores and maybe that African Arts shop. I went to get a new pair of glasses from Lens Crafters, and the entire mall is just about through. I guess the movie attached is still cool
I was so dissatisfied with the mall! All of the anchor stores are gone! I practically grew up at this mall, the Times are changing! The movie theater was very nice, and the prices are competitive. Ample parking for free is available.
