i have been a client with them for very long and it has been 6 month that i have been sending my machine there constantly so they can fix the leaking and they always charge an absurd amount for the leaking to not be fixed. i dropped the machine of last week and got it today they charged me more and the machine is still leaking. the service manager, Ron Hedges had the audacity to not check the work before returning the machine to there client and charging them. i was very disappointed with there services it is terrible with Gaithersburg equipment/Rippeon.

Wasn't a bad place to deliver to tight spot but its manageable they were so nice even stayed a lil later so we could deliver after the port held us up
Great Service - good guys over there. I get my riding mower services and repaired every Winter and have no problems at all.
This dealership is outstanding. Sales and service are both staffed and operated by highly experienced, knowledgeable profesionals. I can’t say enough about their highly capable service department and Ron my fantastic service advisor. I’m very familiar with the near and far competitors out there but there’s frankly no comparison and so will continue to have my tractors and other equipment cared for here.
They have excellent mechanics the workers who work with tools are good workers but the attention is not the same they take care of you reluctantly they do not want it is as if it bothers you to see you and that should be better attention to the client and that is what I can observe and the time that I have to go to regulate my machines with it to communication is almost 0 and there is no way that they treat you more kindly it could be better if they change
They have a great selection of lawn equipment, the salesman are very nice and helpful. I will continue to give them by business for as long as I can!
