Shopping for some remodeling materials and parts. Arrived around 9am on a weekday morning. Not so busy or crowded, so could push large cart around without problems. Was able to get helps easily at two different departments inside the store. Waited for five or so minutes at the checkout.
We will get all varieties of wood materials required to prepare any furnitures. Different paints are available. Outdoor sofas are very nice. Different kind of lights are available. Never miss to visit the garden area, so many varieties of samplings available . Rates are very reasonable. Even we get seeds over here.
Still the worst home depot in the area. I know that when I go here and need something cut, nobody will be available for 20 minutes. When they do come to cut it, they'll say they don't cut this wood. When you call a manager they say they'll cut it. When you need help finding something, you're on your own. Parking lot is cramped with trucks blocking the pickup area. All around, worst floor associates. Cashiers are nice but only 1 register ever open.
Unbelievably bad service. Do NOT order a custom door from there. You will be hold on for about an hour every time you try to check on the status of the door. If it’s a custom ordered door there is only one installer per what Reina told us. The installer has not called us back and we have waited weeks for door to even be made. We were informed by Reina they don’t use any other installers so if installer doesn’t call you back you have no recourse. If you do get in touch with anyone it’s because you were on hold for several minutes to hours. I deeply regret using Home Depot.
I had a bad experience yesterday. I had a hard time finding an employee to help me. Once I did find one, they had no idea were PVC pipes were, when later I saw them literally walk right past it after I finally found it on my own. Another employee told me they do not cut PVC for customers. I've been to other locations that will cut it. I was told to take it to lumber and use the saws to do it myself. Store is also laid out poorly. Will be avoiding this location in the future except their garden center is nice and well stocked.
the worst in the area, you don't see anyone to ask, and if you find them they tell you that they are going to search, you have to find something yourself to go up and search in their packed boxes on top of the isolates and nobody says anything. it's the worst in the area
James in the tool section is awesome!: He helped me with some toolbag and battery light selections and absolutely knew the section. He even gave me a heads-up about a Milwaukee light that I didn't know about. I wish there were more like him!
Good selection of household materials, products and items. They have good selection of indoor and outdoor plants as well. And the stuff is very helpful.
I've been to many Home Depots in my life, but this is the most disorganized one I've ever experienced. Many items I've tried to find are technically "in stock", as an inventory scan will show hundreds of the items on hand, but nowhere to be found. The inventory count is clearly wrong but never corrected because empty holes are filled with different products in an attempt to evade being registered as empty. I've actually spent half an hour one day straightening out a small section, putting items in their proper places while clearing out ones that were misplaced only to find random items wrongly shoved back in the next day. Absolutely shameful.
The lighter skinned short hair african american gentleman who works in the paint section is such a life saver. Every business/home project I have he gives such great reccomendations and advice, I hope a manager is reading this and gives him a raise. He has a chic fil a level of customer service
