I normally stop by here to pick up some Thrifty ice cream, but today I took my grandma to the pharmacy to get her first COVID vaccine! The entire process from start to finish was super simple—all you need to do is sign up for an appointment online and fill out a questionnaire. Once she got her vaccine they kept her there for 15-20 minutes to make sure she wouldn’t have a reaction. This location is clean, organized, and quite spacious. Some items can be a bit pricey compared to Target, but that’s the price of convenience. All the employees are nice and extremely helpful!
I had to go through the drive through to pick up some meds. Sat there for about 25 minutes after hitting the call 3 different times and had employees walk past me.
Always takes 15-20 mins to pickup already ordered prescriptions. They need more staff at the pharmacy.
Christina who is the pharmacists at this store is fantastic, but the rest of the staff seem clueless and lost without her when she isn't there. I spoke to Christina about getting a third shot for Moderna as i am an immuno compromised patient having survived leukemia. She told me they only have limited supply of Moderna and it is only available one day on the weekend. I went in to schedule an appointment yesterday since the voice recording and web says you can schedule an appointment by coming in to the pharmacy. The Asian American male staff behind the glass screen couldn't be bothered by my question and never even looked up as he answered and told me i had to schedule on line. The other person i spoke with on the phone said something completely different than what Christina had told me and said to call back when Christina was back in the office four days from now.
Worst pharmacy ever. This location is consistently understaffed, and the pharmacists and techs who do work here are rude, slow, and incompetent. Switching to CVS.
I have to say I really like getting my prescriptions filled here. Even when they're short-staffed which seems a lot of the times they are very kind.
Great pharmacy/staff, get things done quickly as promised.
The pharmacist and staff at this Rite Aid have great customer service. I use the the Drive- thru a lot and Vicky and Christine have always been very attentive when doing their job. I highly recommend this Rite Aid.
Super friendly staff. Always greeted us , the guy who helped me with ice cream made a smily face on my ice cream lol , made my day.
Sometimes you just crave an ice cream cone. Well, this is the place. Two grandsons, happy! Grandparents, oh yeah!
