Riverside Animal Hospital

Had 2 male and 1 female cats that we took to get spayed and neutered. The staff were pleasant and caring. No issues with the cats recovery.

Extremely grateful to personal care and professionalism RAH gives to my dog. They're kind and don't try to talk over me. They take the time to really understand what's going on with your pet. And don't try and soak you.

They are very understanding and are willing to work with you. Treats your animals as their own!! Couldn't ask for a better staff or place of business

The staff at Riverside Animal Hospital is fantastic! They know how much Toby means to me and that he is my baby. Dr McLamb is a great doctor and I can tell that Toby feels comfortable around her. She is very compassionate and I can tell that she really cares about everyone's furbabies.

This is a great place! They have taken good care of my Lola and she loves everyone there.

If I could get a -5 I would, everyone but the receptionist is unprofessional. I understand one can be stressed out but the two main doctors do not know how to handle an anxious pup or excited pup. I don’t know what happed after they completed her surgery but they scared my 6 month year old so much she ran from them every time they came in the room. Our spaying was done so awful that when we took her to another clinic to remove the stitches, that doctor was so disgusted he said “I would have never done this to any of my dogs here.” Her surgery incision is riddled with keloid scar tissue since they sewed it in a weird choppy zig zag. We needed to find a new clinic since they said they were not able to “restrain her” to remove her stitches. She was yelping and barking the minute they took her she is vocal but not violent at all!. Please don’t take your pets here they are not equipped enough to properly care for pets.

Dr. Mclamb is the best vet I know. I wouldnt take my animals any where else. And Jamie the girl at the front desk is great. They are both wonderful people. I want to thank u for everything you have done for chomper.

They were so awesome I was driving through North Carolina and they took me in right away. Everyone was so sweet

Made a appointment and they rescheduled my dog cause of something with the doctor. Came in at my appointment time 330 and still been waiting and it's now 5:20 front staff is very rude and offered to reschedule again. Due to my dog issues I needed him seen today. Horrible customer service one doctor and one staff please think before scheduling it makes no sense and for animals to suffer for someone else ignorance . I will be switching I highly recommend do not come here!!
